I had my best experience buying black hair products, at this place . They have a whole selection for wigs/laces/hair in general , lowest prices and amazing customer service. All staff was super helpful and nice. Special thanks to Natasha who was extremely patient helping me to find my new wig.

Excellent place for hair products for all types of hair but don't make the mistake of purchasing any hardware as they made it very clear they do not care about customer service.My wife bought a $40 hair drier cap that got like warm (at best) and because it even got a little warm meant it worked as designed and when I asked about the exchange/store credit policy the kind gentleman said, I explained it to her [my wife] that we don't guarantee customer service.".Luckily for us

DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY SELL YOU OLD REUSED WIGS. I purchased a curly half wig and came home. Opened it to try on. The tag that is attached to the box wasn’t attached, the mesh net was tore wide open. The back of the wig was matted. It’s clearly visibly that it’s been worn and messed with. I brought it back to the store within a few minutes to bring to their attention. They didn’t even care. They opened the box and seen everything for themselves. I just wasted money on what I expected to be a brand new wig that I wanted for an event. I cannot do anything with it & my money is just wasted. STOP SUPPORTING BUSINESSES THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE OR QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.THEY WILL CARE ONCE WE ALL COLLECTIVELY STOP SUPPORTING THEM.SUPPORT OUR OWN

I have been a customer of this store for years up until my most recent visit.To say customer service is bad here is an understatement. Read the other 1 star views of you want various examples of fake/fraudulent products and how some individuals (seems of a very specific race) are treated worse than others and mistaken" for individuals who supposedly harass the staff etc.The return/exchange policy is terrible and although the owner says it is clearly outlined on the receipt

DO NOT SHOP HERE we went to go buy a wig( been going there for years) and they sold us a wig that was already used/opened the back of the wig was matted the net was already ripped, we went back within a few minutes and they would not take the wig back nor refund it or do an exchange a waste of money
