Kids Dental Group – Stouffville

My daughter is very anxious and sensitive and they always makes sure she is comfortable.

I’ve been to the other 2 locations for kids dental but by far the experience at this location is better than the others. The front staff were very welcoming.Chantal and Dr. Amanda were amazing, they made my son’s “typically horrified” dental experience at ease. He was so happy even we took out his 2 front tooth.

Staff are kind! The dental assistance and dentist were great in handling my 21 month old daughter - making her feel comfortable. They were very thorough on explaining her dental needs.

Just took my 4 year old for her second appointment here and am blown away by how amazing the staff is! They go out of their way to make sure the experience is super fun but also thorough and efficient. So happy we found it!

Very thorough explanation and plan for kids teeth. I admire how they speak to the kids and includes them in all discussions. So friendly!

They are very professional and helpful, my son was always afraid of going to the hospital or the dentist, the nurses and doctor did a great job comforting him, definitely a five star.

This is the second time I have been with both my children (5&3 years old). Dr. Carol and Kayla are absolutely wonderful. Amazing with children, patient and kind. Will continue to take both my kids there until they are both adults. Always friendly staff and great energy.

Hygienists Kim and Sam were amazing with my 2 young daughters. Both were patient, kind, and friendly, making my 5 and 2.5 year old feel comfortable even through some of their anxious moments. Thank you!

I went here today for a check up for my 4 yrs old daughter and found the service to me so so from the dentist and front desk around lunch time. I felt things were rushed and we had to wait 30 mins for the dentist to come talk us after the hygienist examined my daughter’s teeth. The service felt like a walk in clinic for dental. The front desk only give 1 toy and 1 ice cream per child when I asked if my daughter can have more. They end up billing me $400 for X-ray and having my daughter teeth extracted. I didn’t find the front desk to be that friendly & would not come back here again. The service at Vaughan Children Dentistry is a lot better from the staff to the actual dentist whom we felt were on time with appointment and took time to talk to us. My husband also felt the service here is just so so from the staff and dentist also when he took my 2 kids here a few times. I will be looking for a better paediatric dental office close to home in Markham area that will provide better service and more personalized.

I took my 3 year old for his second appointment and the hygienist Ashley was very nice and positive! She answered all my concerns and communicated with patience. Dr.Carol came after and you can tell she had experienced working with kids. Thank you for all the staff ！ The best thing here is that they do direct billing with your insurance company so I didn’t have to pay upfront unlike my own dental place. I will definitely be bringing my second toddler here.
