Tons of seating if you come at the right time. Overall any food that you get at the Nest looks 5x better than it tastes. But if you need to grab something quick before class, it'll do.

Nice place for relaxing at UBC whether you are a student or a visitor. You can find food, drinks, free seats and tables in a frame of youth and positivity.

Has a great new colourful look to it from the inside. There are a few places to get food or a quick drink on the go, however it get really busy between classes so think before you get in a line. The seating area is big and open, so if you cant focus with noise around you then better bring noise cancelling headphones. The seating isnt too comfortable health wise and there are few charging ports available they need more. Great place to meet up with friends and study for a bit.

The Aviary is a decent place to climb. Membership costs are very reasonable. $50 for the year. It's all top rope and a little lead. The wall is pretty high, with maybe 10 ropes (though you need to be aware if someone is climbing immediately next to you). Staff are volunteers and very friendly.

Great space. Lots of food outlets, ATMs, washrooms(spotless), meeting rooms, lots of outlets for devices, chairs, tables. Airy and bright. Very clean in all aspects.

Went to meet my husband at the Starbucks in the Life Building. It was incredibly busy, but while the line-up was long, it seemed to move quickly and efficiently. Those working that day were extremely friendly and present, and this despite being so busy. It was hard to find a table, but someone was willing to share with us. The only sad thing was the state of the washrooms. They were pretty much despicable.....
