Really dissapointed with my bridal bouquet it did not look like the picture I gave. My roses kept popping out of the bouquet, you can see the white plastic that was holding the roses together and my bouquet had tiny roses that had a tinge of green(i asked for white roses). My bridesmaid bouquets were beautiful they actually outshined mine in presentation and in color as their roses were whiter than mine. The groomsmen flowers were withering throughout the day and the next day were completely dead. The grooms flower did not have the eucalyptus leaf attached like i requested so there was no distinction between groom and groomsmen. So dissapointed..

The service was amazing, Joanne took her time to make sure everything went smoothly. She followed up consistently to make sure the delivery was convenient for the receiver, especially with me being from out of province. She went above and beyond, it was amazing service.
