I had such a upsetting experience with them. I am a truck driver and we usually deliver the loads here. Yesterday I came here and we usually Check in first and then we start unloading our truck. I was about to do the check In first and then there’s guy who’s a forklift driver came to me, his name was MR. Josh,started yelling at me for no reason. Then he snatched the load papers from my hand. I found that really disrespectful. I never had this kind of experience before, it’s been an year I have been delivering here. That was really upsetting.

The outdoor staff in the tire center and propane station are amazing, friendly, and super helpful! However I've had mixed feelings about the indoor staff. It's hit and miss, but most of them are pleasant. But there can be a few members who don't seem like they are too happy to be there. But I digress. It is still a good store and my overall experience has been good. A+ to the tire center staff that work in the garage!

I mostly use the pharmacy at Costco. I find them friendly and helpful. They let me know about any potential serious side effects and make sure that I am aware if any medications could counteract each other.

Always a pleasure to shop at Costco. Great products and very good service with fair pricing and a warranty policy that sets the standard others should follow, but can't. Kind of feels like you're visiting family as the staff is very friendly and fun. It's like they are happy to be there and to help you when needed. Truly a team spirit!Good job Costco!PS: Best BBQ chicken in town, period!!

At Costco, they keep the cost low, Would definitely recommend shopping from here. Typically not a long wait line for returns maybe checkouts.They have a decent selection of items there, I'd recommend checking online and on the phone if they have items available, they often sell out,Otherwise everything else is perfect.Recommended

The best price for a propane tank refill in the Fraser Valley, I believe. Everything you expect from a big box wholesale Costco in the Valley. Plenty of parking. Gas bar for great member discounts on car fill ups.

Despite a busy Saturday the cashiers were cheerful and helpful; the lineups organized and timely. However, the gas lineups need monitoring to keep vehicles from blocking the main thoroughfare, to make better use of space between vehicles, to not schedule fuel deliveries at peak times if at all possible.
