So much delayed and no news on shipment since I placed and paid order on Feb 10, 2021.Finally I received the products on March 11, 2021, and found product quality is good.

Product was good and well priced, but customer service was dreadful. Order placed Dec 23 but didn’t arrive until Feb 22. In between those dates I couldn’t get any information about the order’s status My email queries went unanswered, the online chat function provided unhelpful automated answers, and no-one answered the phone when I called. Complete silence. I was on the verge of filing a dispute with my credit card company when the order finally arrived.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY....I placed an order and soon realized this company has no intention on following through with processing or delivering my purchase. Have tried to contact multiple times through email/phone with zero response. Currently I'm going through my credit card company to have my fund returned. STAY AWAY!

About a month ago, I was charged for masks that this company didn't even have in stock at the time. The Medcarex website claims that the masks arrived at their warehouse last week, but I haven't heard anything from the company about that. They won't respond to customers' emails, phone-calls, or texts about charged but unshipped orders. It's time to contact the Office of Consumer Affairs in Canada to lodge a formal complaint against this company.

They are victims of their own success. Still trying to get an order sorted out. Mask sales should not have been a surprise for them. Not terribly impressed that they said something was available and then never put through my payment as the order is not even at their place of business yet! They are full of excuses as to why the order is messed up. Shopify's fault fro not keeping an order open until it is fulfilled, delivery the merch is still in transit even though the website says it was in stock. So if I actually get a chance to get these masks I will somehow have to call them to give them the credit card again. If you can find these masks elsewhere do so. Find a company that tells the truth and does not make excuses.

Like other reviewers here, horrible experience. Realize these are busy days. What is not acceptable is a company that shows items are in stock, takes your order (4 weeks ago now), and then complete silence. Nothing. So instead of ordering from someone else, I lost 4 weeks. No emails. No response to my emails. Actually managed to get through finally on phone (10 days ago) and they said it was pending". Still nothing. This kind of bait and switch is unacceptable. Just show items as out of stock. And if it changes in after one orders

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Medcarex charged my credit card several weeks ago for a large order of N95 respirators that I ordered from their website. I've since learned that the masks weren't even in stock at the time, and that the company had no idea when they'd be receiving them in the future. But they still kept taking orders for the masks (they failed to mention that they were sold out of them), and charging people's credit cards for masks they have yet to receive. If you try to call their Customer Service #, all you get is a This mailbox is full and cannot take messages" recording. They don't respond to customer emails either. These are shady if not illegal business practices. I recommend shopping elsewhere for your COVID masks."
