This place gets 1 star but the doctor gets -10 stars. She has horrible bed side manners for a doctor. My son visited once and myself on another occasion. She is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Please avoid this place, doctors like this should not be practicing in Canada.

Worse walk in clinic ever, the doctor" Najwa who shouldnt be a doctor is very rude and makes the patients feel very uncomfortable

This clinic is great and the docter is helpful, this docter has been my family docter for 5 years, the pharmacy is very good, the service is also wonderful.

The doctor is good at understanding the issue and helping you with it, shes extremely helpful, the staff is just as kind, she’s been my family docter for 8 years and I dont plan on changing family doctors. The pharmacy is also great.

The doctor’s schedule is very inconsistent. I took time off and got someone to babysit my kids so I can go to the walk in clinic and the pharmacy told me that the doctor won’t be able to make it today.They should hire another doctor to keep a consistent schedule for walk in and keep things more efficient.The office needs to run like a business not just oh well do whatever we feel like doing. You will just make more “customers” or patients I should say, more upset.

Chose this place as my GP 2 years ago. And I have zero regrets. Whilst calling sometimes not be efficient, I’ve always gotten good service once I go in person.Yes masks are still mandatory but in the GTA where most health service workers are abrasive and dry, I find the doctor to be helpful and efficient. I have my complaint. I get what I need and I’m gone out about my day.

I wish I could give a zero star to this clinic's management. The unprofessional receptionist called us for a doctor follow up on Wednesday June 14th, during the call I asked her to book the appointment for Monday June 19th at 4:30 pm. When we went there the doctor was not there and she did not call us to cancel the appointment. SHE SAYS THAT SHE NEVER SPOKE TO ME, and did not book the appointment.The next day my mom called and booked another appointment for Thursday at 2:30. We went there and receptionist SAID THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT BOOKED AGAIN.This is unacceptable how come the management does not respect someone's time. My Mom had to take off work both days to just be told that her appointment was not booked.I think this receptionist lady confirm the appointment over the phone and never register it. She was insisting that she never spoke and called me, I guess I was talking to a ghost in the clinic. She handled the situation very unprofessionally.PLEASE HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE, she is literally messing up all the appointments.

It was very convenient for me to go to this doctor as it was close to my place. But this year the doctor's schedule is not organized as it was before. Doctor Najwa has been my family doctor for almost two years. But due to poor management in this clinic now I have to look for another clinic.

This clinic has a very inconsistent schedule!!!!The receptionist has poor management skills and it seems she has difficulty managing the appointments. I am changing my family doctor after 3 years. Please stay away from this place.

This pharmacy has highly trained and amazing staff and Doctors that are very helpful and are on time and quick with processing medication, the pharmacy it is very clean and relaxing place for patience to make you feel like home.I would highly recommend them to anyoneThat wants to get checked out.Thank you guys.You have made a positive impact.
