Probably one of the worst service out of all McDonald's. There lack of communication between employees took over 20 minutes to make a kids meal and a few drinks. Then while proceeding to complain the person who oreder behind got 3 complete opposite orders. You're best to avoid this franchise in kenora... still waiting for a response from McDonald's or management. Proves to avoid this place.

I'm in town for work. I must say I am very impressed this Kenora location. I was here last week and the sausage McMuffins were phenomenal. I returned this week and ordered chicken McGriddles but I was given the wrong item. I returned a little while later and they gladly replaced my breakfast. They even remembered me but I had already left when they realized their mistake. 5 stars for the Kenora McDonald's. I may stop in again before I leave at the end of the week. Also the staff are very friendly.

No one was helping anyone at the counter, 1/4 kiosk were in working order, the bathroom was absolutley disguisting, flies EVERYWHERE, and when people were finally able to order, the staff were rude, and condescending. I know it's just a mcdonalds, so like....really what do you expect? But come on!

If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a single coffee and having multiple customers served in front of you. If you enjoy watching people try to cheese their times by bumping orders early and then immediately forgetting the order leading to customers being completely forgotten and if you enjoy some of the worst possible customer service Kenora has to offer. Come here

The milkshake machine has not been functioning for over a month now & may be fixed within 2 weeks. Summer will be half over soon enough.

They struggle to get an order right. If u order 2 burgers fries and a drink and half are right would you consider it right or just McDonald’s right?
