Couldn’t have had a better experience. Josie was excellent with getting me scheduled and outlined the process for me. Rich is very professional and explained the best options for me. Outstanding in every way!The building process is long and time consuming with permits and experts all over the place. Rich not only helped us get our design in to the health department but has been incredibly helpful with other questions along the way. We are finally ready for our septic to go in after 2 long years of all the other stuff having to happen first. Hopefully we can find an installer (he recommended a bunch) as professional and awesome as he has been. If you are building a new house look no further for your septic designer, get Rich.
