Dragonfly Thrive Health (Christina) was extremely helpful and continues to be. I have a mix of specific questions and issues, and a desire to optimize. Part of the success is because Christina listens carefully, and then works with me to identify what was important to me, and what works with my crazy hectic life and its limitations. it is important that Christina has been able to clarify and simplify things for me.
