Very unprofessional because they did not update their working hours on holidays! It says it’s open on Sunday July 3, but when I come to the door it said it’s open until July 4th. Also, on the door it’s open hours are 9-6 M to F, 11-4 Sat, however, it’s website says opening from 8 am. Very disappointed.

Customer service is allright--sometimes I am made to feel rushed. The red tape involved with some services can be time intensive, and sometimes what they tell me is different than what Canada Post tells me.

I bought a postcard with prepaid postage for international mail. No line up 10AM. :-) Lots has change during this pandemic.

They charge you a dollar for using their tape to tape your box. In my past 10 years of experience using Canada Post, that’s never the case and the ladies behind the counter rudely disagreed. I’m never going to this location again

They need to update their hours. Their actual opening time is 9am. I went out of my way to pick up a package before work today only to find out they were closed. A waste of time

The girl who always attends us is super nice and cool! The service never disappoints and they really go up and beyond to find our packages!

Trying to refund a $500 money order made by Canada Post and was told they never have enough cash on hand and no other payout method is available. Wouldn’t help me any other way than suggesting I go to different post offices and find out in person whether any would have enough cash. They seem to think this kind of customer service is perfectly acceptable. NEVER going to do any business with Canada Post again!

The young lady was able to help me register a forwarding address quickly and accurately while maintaining a cheerful attitude. I was so grateful after being turned down at two other nearby locations with the excuse that their systems were down. This will be my location of choice from now on!
