Such a pathetic customer service. The old lady was so arrogant when I was here to pick up my Amazon order. I have provided my order number. She asked me my address proof. I showed my Id cards. Since I moved to a new place my billing address was my old address. I have a different address in my card. Name is same though. Then I showed her my CRA statement showing my previous address in phone. She did not take that. She demanded to show it on the cra website login and show my address there. Even if you have a statement they need you to login and show the address. How pathetic. Recommended not to visit it at any cost. They are on government service and they retire enjoying our tax as their pension. Absolutely no care for tax paying customers

The past two years I have been using this Canada post location. The customer service is nothing short of excellence. Given this is attached to the City centre and the staff constantly trying to keep up with the high volume of customers, I would say they are doing a fantastic job ! I have the pleasure of visiting their location twice a month and never am I disappointed. Keep up the great work. Canada post should be proud you are on their team !

There are some friendly staff that provide decent to exceptional service. However, Canada Post have somehow lost my order(s), en route to this location's pickup point, from Amazon Prime Day.
