I came two weeks prior to my graduation and I was at a loss because of my pickiness in choosing dresses. However, with all the different styles of dresses to choose, I was amazed. I found a few styles that I liked and one that really amazed me. Although the size was 10 sizes too big, the tailor working here was able to suit to my liking perfectly! I am immensely impressed with the hospitality and gentleness of the owner, as she was both supportive and watchful. The prices are a lot cheaper than most dress stores I’ve seen in Edmonon and I am glad that I came here for my dress. It was a great time and a great dress.

If there was an option to put zero stars I definitely would. We had to order my bridesmaid dresses and we are a little apprehensive I'm doing that. Which is understandable because you haven't seen the dresses in person. We were told that they would be the same in every way except for sizes. When we picked up the dresses they were two different colors, buttons were missing and they were the wrong sizes. When I had said these things she told me that I was wrong and they were the same. When I showed her that they were different all she said was I can give you 15 dollars off and order more dresses. I had said no because what if it happened again. She wouldn't refund us or do anything else to help. Not the best customer service at all. She was very rude with us and wasn't even open when we had our appointment. I highly don't recommend this store.

I went into the store and was immediately greeting by the owner. She was very knowledgeable about the products that were carried. The store also had many styles and selections of wedding dresses to choose from. I would recommend that if you're looking for a quality dress to first come check up Dressup Bridal before looking anywhere else.

Found my wedding dress here. Store is very clean and organized and the store owner was very helpful with suggesting dresses based on what I was looking for. Very polite and patient customer service. Willing to understand and accommodate to any concerns I had during the initial visit and during my fitting which was very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress, brides maids dresses, or grad gowns.

The sales lady was really nice in helping me find a dress that fit my body type. I had a lot of negative experiences from big name stores that didnt make me feel comfortable buying their product. However this lady is kind and helpful. They dont have a huge selection so that might make it stressful for brides trying to find something there. I needed a light dress for a destination wedding and i found one that looked like a mini bride dress instead of a grad dress. So i was happy about that. The reason for 3 stars is their tailor charges so much. She charged me 80 dollars to take off like 2 inches because it was considered a bridal dress. But it had way less flair or material than grad dresses which she charges less for. Id say go to a different tailor if you know a better one. But overall the service at the store was kind and sales lady was very helpful.

The owner of this store who was also served along side her daughter were both very kind and welcoming towards me. I had an amazing experience shopping for a dress for a wedding I am attending to this weekend. I was able to find a dress I was looking for, and was able to get a discount on the dress I was purchasing as I had informed them of my budget and they were willing to meet me halfway and I was satisfied with the dress I was able to take home. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to find a reasonable price for dresses!

Had an amazing experience purchasing my grad dress here. I was having trouble picking dresses to try on, when the owner suggested one I never would have picked on my own. It ended up being the one I bought! Everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful and made my experience very easy and smooth. Definitely recommend.

We were there on Thursday for an impromptu visit. Actually found not one but two wedding dresses! I couldn't choose between the two so I got both. Assam, I think she's the owner, was very helpful and patient since we didn't make any appointment. She also gave me a great deal on both the dresses and the veil! We might be back for my bridesmaid dresses! I'm very happy with the service.
