I had a terrible experience with them recently. And it was not the first time.I used to go there time to time. But I don't think I will ever risk it to go there for any kind of service or shopping.I wanted to buy a grip for my biking shoes. or whatever you call them that helps you connect your bike shoes with the pedal.I went there and told the person (i guess he was the owner of the shop) that I know there were 2 types of grips but i didn't know the difference. So i bringed the bike/grips that I had with me and showed him the picture of my old grips so he can give me the correct one. He said yea of course this is the one you need."When i get home and tried the grips

I really wanted to like this local bike shop. I was hoping to find a place where they would be able to provide friendly, honest, knowledgeable service. So, I brought in 3 bikes for service. 2 were tune-ups, 1 was to replace a brake wire. After trusting them on what was needed to fix up the bikes and paying over $250, I picked up the bikes. My son immediately noticed that his bike gear display was stuck between first and second gear. It was NOT like that when I brought the bike in. However, instead of addressing the problem, they denied that it could have been their fault because tune-ups don't touch the gear display and I didn't know anything about bikes. For an additional charge, they offered to look at the gear display. Thus, instead of helping, they insulted their paying customer and tried to get new business right afterwards. And of course I don't know much about bikes - it's why I went to them in the first place!Well, I may not know much about bikes, but I do know when my business is not valued. They obviously didn't want me as a repeat customer. Consider it wish granted!

I got a flat tire while riding to a work appointment earlier this afternoon. Cyclemania was the closest bike shop. The fellow manning the front replaced my inner tube and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Wonderful!

Amazing amazing guys. I wanted to repair my handle from a long time but no one could fix it. I went here and they fixed it in just a minute. They saw which part was missing and boom it was resolved. BEST PART IS THAT HE DID NOT CHARGE ME. Yes, he said it’s fine no big deal. Very generous guy. I really appreciate him

Worst customer service ever. I was just there to purchase a kryptonite lock and I had asked why the price has been retailed more than what I saw on Amazon and other local bike stores in Toronto. He responded with such a rude tone and my intentions weren’t to offend him or the store. He said that they’re a small business and they cannot compete with multi- billion dollar companies like Amazon. Ok…fair but why are other small business selling them for the price that I see it on Amazon. Which is kind of odd. Anyway I won’t come here ever again and will tell my friends and family about this experience.

Saw the tune up ad on their door. Approximately $80. I ask if they do E-bikes, they said yes" without asking me details of my bike. I take the time to bring the bike

Hands down best bike shop in Toronto. Been going to these guys for over 10 years, they are very good at what they do. Staff is very knowledgeable and service has always been super quick (same day a lot of the time) . Sanjay is always super helpful. Kudos!

Today I needed some help removing my binding from my ski for a last minute impromptu Halloween costume/birthday celebration. The technician at Cycle Mania was very helpful and kindly removed the stuck binding for me in a very timely fashion. I really appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend them! Thanks again!!

Bit of a late review but had a great experience here a while back. On my very first bike delivery my chain broke conveniently right by this shop. The person working fixed it in short time and it cost very little. Very good service.

I really liked the owner or who was working today (16th may 2023) in shop at around 2:30. I was there with my electric kick scooter, one of my tyre pressure was really low. The guy really helped me said you can fill it and in return didn’t charge.Really liked the kind of service 5 star for the service.Also happened to look around the shop they have some really amazing bicycles in the shop. For me what matters is the after sale service and i am sure the guys working there are great at it so definitely recommend this shop in Danforth area.Thank you again.
