Harrington Housing

Really good experience with harrigton.The building is recent with a gym, game room, lounge room, party room, cinema room,..ect.. Jeremy, the assistant coordinator, was the one who show us the building and after that keep helping us a lot with anything happened in our apartment or in the building

I got to live in a very clean and secure building. All the amenities were included, with a gym and pool that I got to enjoy all summer. The building was centrally located and I was close to everything downtown in Montreal. Harrington was helpful in keeping me up to date with any Information I needed regarding my rental and rent.

The accommodation and this room in particular are really nice. They are clean, new, modern and comfortable.One slight inconvenience of this room is that there is no soundproofing because the walls are extremely thin. But not all rooms are like this and what is really important, all flatmates are aware of this and are very respectful, so we do our best not to cause distractions to each other, especially at night.What I like best is that this room is very bright and has a big window. This makes it feel spacious and creates a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the sunlight.

The location of building is very nice and I have been able to walk everywhere, the Foggy Bottom area is the BEST place in all of DC. The room itself was very nice and the price was pretty good for the area. The Harrington Housing staff has been great. It is also close to the metro, which is very convenient if it is cold or rainy. Great restaurants nearby! Overall, I wish I could give it a 10/5 but this is the best I can do. Thank you so much for an excellent service. You are great Harrington DC Team!! Would highly recommend.

Have stayed in the flat for 4 months. It's a good pit stop in between longer term accommodation, also good for longer term stay if close to work place. Rent is reasonable, though it has increased in line with the rest of London. Has a good Concierge service. The managers are helpful and promptly respond to any issues.

I’m a medical student from Peru. I came to Edmonton, Canada to do a Cancer research internship and definitely Harrington Housing was one of the best decisions I made to feel at home. CAP REIT Garneau Towers apartments is one of the best places to live, at a comfortable price that is definitely worth it. The place has a modern infrastructure, I was able to go to the gym as many times as I wanted, take the elevator up without a problem, and have a captivating apartment with all the comforts I wanted including a TV, a giant closet with mirror, and a spectacular view of the city. This whole experience would not have been so pleasant without having had my landlord Ozi always aware of my needs, every time something was needed he came quickly, day or night. I really appreciate his excellent job, as well as his kindness. I feel very lucky to have had a good landlord and to have chosen the best place to stay. Thank you Harrington Housing!

The location of the apartment exceeded my expectations; it was perfectly situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The room itself was clean and well-maintained when I arrived, with all the amenities that I needed and more. The communal kitchen was fully equipped and I loved the 24 hour gym. As a student, I really appreciated having access to a quiet and comfortable study space with excellent Wi-Fi. The team at Harrington was exceptional. They were always available and extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Im recently staying at 561 Sherbourne street, Harrington housing, Toronto, I’m having a great experience. The staff, especially Jeremy, is incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and I have everything I need. The location is also convenient, as it is close to many restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in downtown Toronto.

I’ve been living at Harrington’s Sherbourne building for 5 months now and one thing I like is that you can always communicate with them about any issues you have. Jeremy and Che, both Assistant Coordinators, have helped me a lot and are always very fast with their support. Right now I'm in a unit where the girls and I keep everything neat and clean always, which is also part of the rules and that has been a good experience.
