Belmont Dental Care

I visited this dental clinic for the first time earlier this week for a cleaning and was pleasantly surprised at the care and service provided. The dental hygienist Anu was professional, friendly and accommodating for the concerns I had. The procedure was seamless and comfortable, much better than previous cleanings I have had. They are very helpful and also conveniently directly bill Waterloo student insurance, making it a easy process for those with student coverage.

Today was my first appointment here as a new patient. I have a general fear of being in the dentist’s chair and high anxiety when it comes to cleanings. The hygienists made me feel very relaxed and Dr. Assim was amazing and so quick at the cleaning! Everyone was very friendly and polite.Room for Improvement:-As a new patient, I wasn’t required to fill out anything in regards to my medical history.-Dr. Assim didn’t check my jaw and neck or feel for any swollen lymph nodes which I was accustomed to having done at my previous dental office.-The dental hygienists didn’t introduce themselves.

Hygienists and front desk people are very nice and professional. However, the dentist does rushed, poor quality work. Had to have 2 fillings fixed by a different dental clinic and a third completely redone because they left black residue underneath the filling. Always late for appointments (ranging from 20 minutes to over an hour). The dentists don't appear to have respect for people's time. Worst dental experience I've had in over 30 years. Look elsewhere.

I have worked with many dentists and I can hands down say this is the best dentist. Caring, gentle , professional and experienced. The staff is outstanding. The ladies at the front and the assistants are welcoming and friendly. Very clean office with a relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 !

I can't say enough good things about this office. My whole family gets treated here. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone. The women working at reception are very professional yet, extremely heartfelt and make you feel right at home. Like you've known them for years. The dentist and assistants get right to the root of the problem lol. Seriously, once something is fixed, it stays fixed. Love these people.❤️❤️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dr. Asseel is more concerned about how deep her pockets are than properly treating the patient’s medical conditions. I gave this office a chance as they are new to KW, but regret it terribly after she made me a flimsy, soft, thin ‘night guard’ and charged me almost $500 for it. The quality is equivalent of the ones you buy for $20 at Walmart. She said so herself that she would re-make it as it was worsening my TMJ condition, and just charge me the lab fees. I even got this in writing from her assistant.But after doing the impressions she called me 3 times right after the procedure took place, trying charge me $450 for a 'new nightguard', even though I was handing in the previous nightguard as I could not even wear it due to the pain. She blamed her assistants for giving me a wrong price, completely denying that she herself agreed to re-make the nightguard to remedy the situation, and when that didn't work she blamed me. She literally argued with me until I agreed to give her an extra $70.She called me personally several times on her cell phone and personal email, trying to offer to do business with me (I'm a local business owner), in attempt to hook me into coming in and paying more. Who does that? When this 360 personality change did not fool me she went back to being a total witch.Because when I went to pick up the new nightguard, she just stood afar, stared at me and said What do you want?" really confrontation-ally because her assistants told her the nightguard didn't fit me. It was so small that it was not even close to being able to fit on my teeth

Wonderful dentist office.I have been going to this dentist since 2018, my two young daughters have also been going, as well. They are extremely family friendly and accommodating, especially since my youngest is only 5 years old. She had her very first dentist visit here and despite the fact that it can be a very scary experience for young children, I was very grateful for the time and care they spent getting her comfortable.I have had cleanings, fillings and awaiting wisdom teeth removal for next week and cannot recommend this location enough.

My family and I visited this place last year in 2022, the front desk staff and dentists was very kind and friendly they work so hard and had amazing custumer service but recently my family went to there they said front desk staff switched they don't have good behavior. Today I went there with my brother when I talked and saw them. I know they are right. They front desk or reception doesn't have good behavior. They said the road cannal coverage by your insurance. They did injection and x-ray but after waiting 40 minutes they said it is not covering.I said why you did not say at first time, now you asked for payment she said go never come here again.I asked to the responsible to attention.

Today was our first visit to Belmont dental clinic, and I can say without any doubts how wonderful our experience was! Starting from the welcoming and very professional front desk, followed by an awesome experience during the app with dr. Aseeland her assistant! Thank you!

SCAMMED. They charged me and my insurance in full for a nightguard. It didnt fit at all, and they demanded more payment to remake it. So, they want to charged me twice (almost $1k) but don't even have a nightguard for me nor the ability to make one correctly. They ended up refusing to make me a new one if I don't pay her staff" so basically they charged me but gave me nothing. They even KEPT the nightguard. Sorry "Dr" Aseel but it's your job to pay your staff
