Dr. Jennifer Cram is very caring, patient and knowledgeableOne can clearly see her experience the way she treats the patient and walk them through the process, asking the right set of questions.Lucky to be her patient and would definitely recommend.

I called the front desk to know if any of the gynaecologists were available and the front desk lady was always interrupting me. Was not able to even say a complete sentence and she ended up saying: « I think I have already spoken with you, DON’T CALL THIS ANYMORE » and disconnected the call. Hope the gynaecologists are nice with patients to compensate this awful service. Will write down a letter to the gynaecologists to let them know. I am pretty shocked of what just happened.

Dr Cram is the best doctor I ever seen. She takes her time and listen to her patients. She was my Doctor when I was pregnant for my first child, she informed me everything I need to do during my pregnancy including the required vaccines and all ... I delivered a beautiful healthy baby. Even though it was a different doctor who was with me at the time of labor, doctor Cram came to see me and congratulate me. I appreciate all the things she has done for me. I had some medical history that made my pregnancy complicated but with the help of her expertise I made the right decisions. I recommend doctor Cram for anyone who is looking for OBGYN.

I love Dr.Cram & Dr. Tan. They were my OB with my first pregnancy. But I just really have to say this, why is it so hard to book an appointment? The receptionist say I have to be pregnant. I was pregnant with my 2nd baby and I called the office to book an appointment, the lady who answered the phone declined. A week later, I’m undergoing different tests coz I’m about to lose my baby. I was seen by 3 different OB every week. After a month, needed to go emergency surgery and I lost my baby.. now I called again for an appointment, my family doctor fax request, and yet, I’m still being declined because she said I wasn’t pregnant and that it has been more than 2 years since I last had my appointment. I just wanted to have a check up with my trusted OB from my first pregnancy. Why is it not valid enough?

From the first moment she treated me with respect and empathy, explained everything, very knowledgable and caring, efficient doctor who listened. Im so lucky to be her patient.

Dr. Cram is absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful experience at all my appointments and most importantly when delievering my first child. She explained everything thoroughly, helped avoid a csection and just made my overall experience a tad bit easier! Highly recommended.

Dr. Cram is one of the best gynaecologist in Toronto, I have seen many gynaecologist in the past 10-years but none of them was like her. She is kind, patient, and takes time to explain everything one by one... finally found someone in Canada who really is a doctor not a business person.
