Service needs to improve and meet the customer's satisfaction.Just an awful experience to take a VISA photo here, the digital copy VISA photo is overpriced, plug in the SD card to the computer to transfer the same picture that took for your hard copy to the USB, and it would only take less than 2 mins to complete, they will charge you $23.99 for it.I do understand you guys need to do business to make money, and I am willing to pay for the digital copy, but definitely not for the same price as the hard copy.You use the camera to take one photo and print it and stamp it for a price of $23.99, which is reasonable. But transfer the same picture in your SD card to my USB, you charged $23.99???I specifically talked to the store manager and the staff, I don't need you guys to edit the size and don't need the digital confirmation. Just the picture file in my USB file will be good.I know that the computer used for the printing does not allow you to copy and paste the picture, and I know that if you save a digital copy, it will automatically print out a digital confirmation. Still, you guys have a normal desktop next to it which can do it quickly. Keep saying the policy does not allow to do it. ---In other words, this is how we make money from you :), we don't give a f*** about you.I wouldn't be surprised if Staples is the next chain store to be closed in Canada with all this don't give a damn f*** attitude and zero-understanding customer service.

Very good experience and I got the help I needed from one of the staff. Yes he was very helpful and polite even though the place was crowded.

I needed to pickup a print cartridge. I couldn't find the one I needed. One of the staff came over to help me (thank you Shawn). Fortunately I only needed black, had I required the other 3 colors, I would have had to go elsewhere. They only had one cyan of the three.

Wow rob is a terrible manager. He ignores customers, and we were standing right infront of him for 15 mins. Then we went to the cashier and she had to call him a few times again atleast another 10-15 mins just waiting for him to acknowledge. But the cashier was nice and polite.

Was told I could plug my phone in by USB and print from my phone. When I got there, was told I have to email documents to staples. OK whatever. Thought about it later and realized there was no option to delete said documents sent to the email. Read terms and service later. Oh all documents and info is public record and open to use for third parties. Great, now my SIN, name and adreess is available to scammers
