THE WORST EVER!! Even trying to view your bills online is non existent as it doesn’t allow you to get even get on despite multiple attempts!! Bill amounts/charges are all over the place and make no sense!! I totally agree with ALL the awful reviews!!

I hadn't had my meter read for a year, resulting in almost $1000 in additional gas charges, that hadn't been billed. I understand being short staffed, but a whole year? There was no attempt to reach out in those 12 months explaining I needed to read my meter or that they hadn't. I did receive an email at the 10 month mark advising they hadn't had a meter reading and that I should report it... but that went into my spam, nothing had been visibly noted on my bills. I understand that maybe someone cannot come out every month, but I feel they should add a special note on the bill in red, I'm sure they do that for past due....why not for need meter reading". I set up a payment plan weekly for the month. Which I paid extra into. The payment was due Friday's. They emailed me twice to remind me

One day they send a bill that says one amount, then two days later a second bill for twice the amount. Then a few days later a late payment notice. Don't even bother trying to log into your account. If you forget your password forget that too.

They estimated my gas usage for 4 months without any notice. Finally received a letter saying they haven't been able to access my gas meter even though it is in plain site at the side of my house and I have seen them read it before with no issues. Got a bill for over $800 due to them guessing my usage. Absolutely terrible customer service and company. I use to be with Union Gas and they were amazing, never had an issue for the 4 years I was with them. I've been with enbridge for just over a year and it's nothing but problems.

Called to ask why my useage is more than last year. Since it's been a very mild winter I was surprised to see that on my bill. Told me it was an estimate and that I was lucky" since they can't get meter readers. Why is I see no job postings? The big lie continues."

Bills are not accurate. Bar charts do not add up on their bills, containing inconsistent data. Can not log into their website or contact support. Just terrible technical errors all around with this company. Typical Canadian price gauging scam.

They have a company checking gas meters and wrote up an infraction with pipe going into house . Had a contractor come out to replace it but they said that there wasn't any thing wrong with it . Cost me close to $150 for contractor to come out to look at it when it wasn't necessary.

I have to say that my review will be almost identical to all of those who indicated that customer service at Enbridge is non-existent! I wish there was an option of 0 stars.I received 8 statements within 3 days time. All the estimates were different ;some credits and some debits. A rocket scientist couldn't understand it. When I called CS, I was disconnected the first time and the second employee was rude, abrupt, impatient and dismissive. He showed no willingness to listen to my story and explain the reasoning behind the different estimates, lack of meter readings etc etc. When I asked if I'd receive monthly statements reflecting my equal billing payment, I was told that is the intention. "I gave up and didn't get the answers I was hoping to. If I could change to another company

Received 1st bill in 5 months. To my surprise, they estimated my gas usage for the last 22 months. On one of those estimated months i was billed 3x more than my estimated usage for Dec or Jan. A month where my gas was not used. 2 months of trying to resolve this issue and getting nothing but a complete runaround and a growing headache. Last actual reading was May 2021. Last time my meter was working, May 2021.

If I could give lower then 1 star I would. They are literally crooks who take your money. We had a credit on our account that would cover nearly 4 months of bills and they not only took from that credit but still withdrew from our bank account. Must be nice to double dip and get away with it. There customer service is awful and they literally couldn't even explain why it happened because they were too busy trying to come up with lies to cover up their mistake
