Mindy is amazing! Shes been helping our 2 month old with positional torticollis. Shes gentle and very good with him. We’ve already started to see improvements after 2 treatments. Highly recommend!

I've just started my journey with naturopathy and osteopathy and my experiences with Dr. Isha and Mindy have been very positive. They are both very welcoming and after just one session with Mindy I feel like I can breathe easier and I feel so much more aligned. Really looking forward to more positive changes with the help from both of them.

My first time ever having an acupuncture session was here and it has opened up a whole new world. Dr. Isha is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I have never been more excited to be treated for a health issue. My journey started in February 2021. I was experiencing constant pain on the left side of my body. It was causing sleepless nights, headaches, swelling and extreme discomfort. I went to see my doctor and after 8 months of countless appointments, specialist referrals, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, bones scans and the list goes on they could not find any answers and I could not find any relief. I decided to look into alternative options outside of modern medicine.That’s when I found Synergistix Health and Wellness Clinic.I began by meeting with Mindy Parmar, Osteopath manual practitionerI started seeing her on December 31st and it was the best decision I ever made. With every session I feel improvement. The pain and swelling has subsided. No more constant headaches and I am sleeping great. Feeling well rested and more energized.The best part of of Synergistix is that they are multidisciplinary and all their team members work together to bring you to optimal levels of health and functionality.I then met with the naturopath, Dr. Vishaala Singh working on restoring normal body function by enhancing my body’s own healing abilities and recognizing any underlying issues. In my case I’m looking to do this more through natural food sources as opposed to supplements, however I am finding that both are beneficial in combination. Dr. Singh takes her time understanding you goals and finding a customized plan focused on your needs.I’m also working with a somatic therapist, Avdeep who has been a great addition to me not only dealing with my physical health but mental health as well. And finally now that my body and mind are working together to keep me in optimal health I am taking the next step to meet with their physiotherapist so I can get back to a safe workout regime.I’m so thankful everyday for finding Synergistix and their wonderful team. They are passionate about what they do and they take their time to understand your goals and work on a plan designed to you and your lifestyle

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Osteopathy with Mindy has completely changed my outlook; I walked in after dealing with severe hip, back and leg pain for over a year that left me feeling hopeless and depressed. Every move hurt. I am now having more good days than bad and each day notice less and less pain and am able to experience life again. Simple things like being able to wash the dishes without pain means so much to me now and I know I will continue to heal. Mindy is incredibly talented and so good at what she does.
