Obladee never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile by wine-knowledgable staff (and the food and wine are excellent as well:) Delicious charcuterie and entrees (the chocolate board deserves an honourable mention) and the wine list is beyond! Great vibe! Obladee is the place to be!

Pricey and Vibrant dinner date spot. Wear in a suit, take your partner/gf/wife for a formal dinner. Good collection of wines and cheeseboard is good for sides. However if you feel like trying different varieties of food without looking at price tag or quantity this is not a option. Take a table in the patio, it has a really good view.

Cozy with place with great wine options. We had “left me on red” , great place for wine lovers. Scallops were good, but more on vinaigrette sauce.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where Audrey was our server, and I must say that she was excellent. She seemed to have a genuine love for wine and was very knowledgeable about it. Audrey was also extremely passionate about her job and provided a level of service that made our dining experience truly memorable.The restaurant's food was impressive and presented beautifully. However, the tuna aburi was the highlight of the meal. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the accompanying sauce added a unique flavor that complemented the fish nicely.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and Audrey as a server. Her expertise in wine added to the experience, and her exceptional service made our dining experience a pleasure. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a great meal, this restaurant and Audrey will not disappoint.

What a great place! Owned by a woman and her brother, it was mostly other women serving. I had the orange wine flight and it was lovely chatting with the servers!!! They also tote a sustainable wine selection

I came in on a whim while walking around Halifax. I enjoyed a glass of local white and raw oysters. I came back later in the day for the local rose and red. I loved the atmosphere and the service each visit was efficient and the staff were professional. I would love to come back for round 3!

One of my favourite spots I visited in downtown Halifax. Great little wine bar with a wide selection and friendly service. Loved their snacks too especially the olives & dip.

I experienced Obladee last night during the Dine Around Halifax event. I was *highly* impressed with this restaurant and wine bar. The freshly prepared food was beautifully presented and tasted even better. The service from everyone involved could not have been better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The wine selection was vast and varied. This exceptional establishment in downtown Halifax deserves five stars because the lovely team knows how to make the guests feel special and important. Thank you for an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience!

Great service! Good place to hang out with friends or date night and even just unwind after a stressful day and have some charcuterie board with your favorite wine or drink. An intimate and warm atmosphere.
