I started my project earlier this year when I purchased my vacant lot, AGM had already done some work on it by the time I attained it, so I opted to use them for the remainder of the process as I thought it would just be most convenient. (I am sure glad I did)This company (and others like it) have the unfortunate job of telling you extra things that need to happen in order to abide by township laws, which is never fun; however, they made the process a lot more simple than I thought it would be!I’d like to specifically mention Lukas Grabowski, he is a major asset to their team! He went above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I bought a home in 2021 and AGM is the surveyor for our builder. It’s been more than a year since we moved in and we were notified that our final grading is not completed despite our builder trying to repeatedly trying to get in contact with them. I am urgently trying to contact Juan from AGM, given that our fence is half way to completion, and am not receiving any communication back either with email or phone calls. This is unprofessional and we could not be more disappointed with the process.

We are extremely grateful for the swift response and professionalism at AGM. After a nightmare of an experience with another survey engineer, AGM has come to our rescue, ensuring that we have the documentation required to proceed with our backyard renovation project. I haven't even received a quote or time yet for a survey, but I had to leave positive feedback for the stellar way I was talked to on the phone! I have called almost every survey company in London and was treated like a criminal when asking about a survey!
