I live at the Laureates in UBC which Kennedy does the maintenance for. As a student, I spend a lot of my time reading by the fountains in the common area gardens. It is so relieving to come home to a calm-well kept space to do my reading, 10x better than the claustrophobic feeling of being in the library. I even sent them an email one time because my favorite reading spot was getting weedy; it was the first thing that they tended to, after the lawns!

Absolutely rude. They do work for Richmond community and park illegally. Then they start harassing you when you park legally beside them when you box them in. It's a Community Centre and they park taking 2 spots, parked perpendicular to how the spot are painted. Who does that? The best part is, when you call to complain about it, the supervisor/owner named Chuck Kennedy says he's the one who tells them to park like this. I used to be a small business owner myself, but if I had employees that represent my own company like this, I'd just close up shop.I just read the review before mine and I guess this company just has this reputation.2 thumbs down and if Chuck wants to talk about this, please reply and I can forward you my contact information.

Kennedy Landscaping completed a job at our home, installing a yew tree hedge, pathway, and patio area. Each of their staff members were professional and pleasant to have around our home. The staff was experienced and helpful in assisting with the decision making that surrounded each aspect of the project. Their attention to detail has transformed our outdoor living space, and we are so happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of an experienced, professional landscaping team. We most definitely will use them again in the future.

We have had excellent work done in our yard from Kennedy landscaping. Every spring and fall they service our irrigation without a phone call they just show up which is greatly appreciated as we would never remember. They installed our hedges which turned out great gave us great privacy for our yard. Chuck has been very responsive anytime I have had to call as well as his crews that have been to our house have been very respectable and always clean up nicely after they are finished. Kennedy landscaping has done work for many people we know that have all been very happy and we would highly recommend them.

Unbelievable poor services. Not professional. Supposed to provide regular maintenance & weeding. Mounds of weeds. Poor knowledge in irrigation and landscape irrigation & design. Horrible inexperienced landscapers. Butchers shrubs/trees and grass.

I worked for Kennedy Landscaping between going to university and it was the best job experience I could've asked for. Chuck, Brandon, Jacob, Ian and the rest of management were extremely professional and would treat their employees with nothing but respect. I had no landscaping experience going into the job but was trained extremely well and safely that within a week it felt I had been working there for years! I now live in a strata where Kennedy landscaping does the maintenance and I must say, zero complaints. All aspects of landscaping are always perfect from lawns to hedges, never any debris or tools left behind and the team is always extremely polite and respectful. Keep it up Kennedy Landscaping!!!
