Worse experience with doctor Goswami..Firstly she arrived 45 minutes late.. I was a walk in patient …. I said I wanna see my report and discuss about my post Covid-19 effects. She said my reports are normal….. I already saw them on my Alberta digital accountLevels were too high.. so she was in rush so she doesn’t care …For my post Covid symptoms she said we will discuss it later maybe next week I can’t answer too many questions in a visit.Now the staff will reply that I m not their patientAs they do with all negative reviews

Doctor Goswami- Wrost Doctor I have ever seen. I think she need to learn professionalism. I went there for my mom who is on visitor visa. Firstly they only accept cash so that they do not have to pay tax on it. Secondly, they received all the reports for my mom but when i call them representative on phone said doctor will call today. Then they didn’t call it on that day. Next day when i ask for report they want me to book an appointment again. When i went there for report doctor Goswami told me that “ reports ka follow up late ho jageya to kaunsa pahad tut padega” she told me you were rude to receptionist. this is the way doctor talks to patient? Just for personal Ego now she don’t want to give my mom ECG reports. I am waiting for more than 4 weeks I believe. I hope one day that situation will come in her life then only she will know how to treat patient. If you can’t handle patients appointment and follow up then why you are taking that many appointment??? Atleast do your job right or don’t take new walk-in. I learn my lesson that whoever wears white apron with stethoscope is not aways a doctor******Edited on july 14 !! I have booked appointment with another doctor and they asked for report transfer then representative on phone told my wife that she just saw her request and they are currently busy so they cant do it right now. As of July 14.

Worst experience ever, went there for a drivers medical because it was the cheapest in the area. The girl at front desk was nice but the doctor don’t even greet me or even talk about any condition. In 5 seconds she decided that she won’t do the medical form. She has no professionalism how to even talk to a patient. So rude …

The worst professional establishment I have came across. I work at a clinic myself. Called them at least 10 times and faxed request 06 times as of today regarding a simple specialist's report necessary for ongoing care of the patient. All they do is put you on hold for endless times. There is no room to leave any Voicemails. If you want to talk to their manager, the excuse they would use is that the Manager is with the patient (Seriously and for how long?).It is not even as simple as being on hold. You get disconnected automatically after 10-15 minutes. You call again, you hold again.The first person picks up the call and says they will fax the reports soon. The second person says they already did it, clearly lying and trying to get rid of you as there is no sign of that document in your inbox. The only way of getting report seems like driving 3 hours from Edmonton to Calgary for two sheets of paper because they are way too busy to answer you back or reply to your faxes.The worst experience everrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Specialist's offices (the actual busy places) are more efficient than their clinic.

After 1 year I would like to change my review. I had the best experience with this clinic and doctor when they were new so decided to make Doctor Goswami as my family doctorBut now as this clinic is already established, they don’t seem to care about their patients anymore. I called them multiple times and always got an excuse saying no appointment slot is available. How can family doctor be not available for their patients !!!!!This time my 10 month was sick and I called them to book an appointment, I got answer that they are fully booked, and can’t reach them at least for next 2 days. I even asked if I can come Walk in . Reception lady refused!Tell me where I am suppose to go???????as a family doctor it is her responsibility to listen to us as and when required! If they can’t be available when we need them there is no point in accepting us as their patient. Highly disappointed! Definitely going to change my family doctor.

My family's experience with Dr. Goswami has never been short of satisfactory. She is a professional and most certainly knows what she's doing. Her support staff too has always been polite and courteous.As for the wait times, I believe there would likely be a short wait time in any clinic across Calgary.

I visited this clinic in the hopes of finding a new doctor after having moved from BC. After waiting past my appointment time, filling in all the intake forms with all my medical history, the doctor spoke to me for about 3 minutes. She said that she didn't want to take me on as a patient because my medical history was too complicated. Too complicated? Are you kidding me? Isn't that what you went to medical school for? I need a doctor that can treat my chronic health issues and she wasn't willing to invest the time and energy into my situation. Thoroughly turned off by this attitude. And please don't tell me that I never visited this clinic and that this is a fake review like you have in so many other reviews, just because you don't want to take accountability.

Just by reading the reviews I know this is a terrible place. But the responses from the clinic manager are atrocious. Learn to talk to people better and take accountability rather than blaming everything on “fake reviews”. If people have so many complaints about your doctor then they’re the problem.

Unbelievable iresponsible doctor. How did you even get to open this clinic? I signed them up for my family doctor and it was such a mistake. This doctor gave prescription with out even take a sample. She seems like she's always in a rush and hardly complete her appointment. I have never seen a doctor in Canada give prescription by just hearing out the patient. No test, no sample needed. Wow, such magical.Edit: oh wow really? Then how do I have all my paper with your clinic? No need to deny and go look at your reviews. Haha you're a joke. You don't even deserve to be a doctor

The staff is too rude!Can’t go walking!!If you have appointment then you will have to wait 1hour!!Don’t go there its waste the time!!They don’t care about patient!
