Walmart Supercentre

Had to do a huge load of groceries and cleaning supplies as I just moved. Hanny came and helped do a lot of the scanning in the cart to save me putting it on the conveyor and then back again. Thank you Hanny!!

I have been a frequent customer of Walmart like most but my visits to the south end Walmart have been very less, the reason being I always feel the customer service there is absolutely terrible where no one has no regard for what the customer needs and most of them I met are rude and doesn't even know to smile. But again I always thought it might the individual associates that have certain biases but today at the self checkout counter , there were two girls beside me who were doing a checkout, I had met them at the grocery section as I was looking for something and they helped me find it. However, once their billing was done and mind you they had paid for evrything they took, I know because I was casually interacting with them in between and saw them pay, I noticed a lady walk up to them speaking very rudely. I am not sure what it was about but to speak to a customer like that amidst everyone is definitely not what a good customer service looks like and definitely doesn't set an example of how to treat people. Later on, I asked one of the associates there who she was and was.told that she was the store manager Ashley. Now I understand why the associates there lack the basic manners and don't even care about customer service, it's because they are led by such hypocrites.

December 17, 2022: Very poor customer service. The lady there was snarky and rude, even though she was approached with meek kindness. She was not interested in helping, and when asked if a manager could assist she got even more rude. This is not okay when working in customer service. Is no one willing to help out anymore? What happened to decency and respect towards another human being? It's so sad that people have to be so nasty to eachother (it's even more sad when they are paid to be nice but can't even manage that...). CLEAN YOUR SELF CHECKOUTS! they are just nasty. Crud everywhere that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. And this is what were putting food on?!? If its clean next time il change my review.

Want to be treated like a criminal while shopping for your cosmetics? Perfect store for you. I usually saved a list of my cosmetic/skincare needs and would wait until I could travel in to this location but I'll be taking my purchases elsewhere. Maybe not a big deal for such a large company but I would rather feel like a customer and spend a few extra dollars.

Bought a new A/C in the midst of the first severe heat wave. Got it home only to find it was VERY used. Duct tape marks and sharpie writing made that much clear. Filters had human hair in them. Unfortunately for me, I had no choice but to clean and install it.Will never return to this location.

When going to use the bathroom at the front of the store I went in to see someone had spilt coffee all over. Instead of cleaning it up, a wet floor sign was put up. Why not clean the spill up?

Close to a few other good store like the LCBO :) Great store, helpful staff, huge with lots of selection. Has the hot to go ready to eat food that the new Sudbury Walmart doesn't have, a must visit place in Sudbury. This is where we buy most our common/not high end equipment

Was harassed by an employee told she had people following me around and we were shoplifting and that she had pictures and when I ask about pictures she left in the other direction. She said one of me or my friends ran out an emergency exit with merchandise recently when I rarely ever go to this Walmart. I don’t even know where the emergency exits are.I got a gift card as compensation from customer service and even that wasn’t what they told me I would get. They basically gave me a $5 gift card and said good luck. No one knew what I was talking about when someone phoned me about it.Overall my view isThe employees were 1/5The store itself for time was 2/5The stock of the store was 2/5And my overall experience was 2/5
