I want to share you guye more with the hiring. First the HR set up an introductory interview. And then you are required to do a case study. I applied the electrical engineer, so I did 7 questions including many circuits design. The last question demand you share some circuits you worked on before. After I submitted it. They are silent without a technical interview which means the HR didn't not send my resume to the technical leader first and the technical leader thinks mumy resume doesn't fit it or the technical leader just want steal your solution from the case study for their functionality.
