Horrible customer service adopted a cat called for help with her and now banned for adopting any future cats from the so rude about it too

Took our cat to be spayed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

This has been the worst experience for us and our dog. After surgery dog was vomiting and diarrhea, then bleeding from wound, staff became immediately combative blaming us for allowing it to happen, our dog has been kenneled and treated with care. They told us they can't help and to go to an emergency vet. It's during regular business hours weekday. There is no sense of responsibility. An absolute lack of professionalism and care.

We love this place! We had our two puppies fixed at this facility last Tuesday (4/22/2022). The staff are very kind and caring. Dr Hanna patiently explained to us how to care for the dogs after the surgery. She took phone calls after the surgery to address our concerns. She cares about our dogs very much and is truly exceptional!

My kitty was in superb hands with SNAP! Although SHE didn't like it! Haha. They did a tremendous job with her spaying and they were very helpful with discharge info and care instructions.

love this place. when the tornado hit armada, we suddenly had a family of cats under our porch. three little kittens and a feral mom and we had no idea what to do. called snap and they helped us out. got mom fixed and the three tornadoes (the kittens) fixed and their shots. great pricing for all the animals. the staff is fantastic and they came recommended from Krause in armada. thanks to snap we went from a one dog one cat family to a one dog 4 cat family.

This place is amazing. I rescued a couple kittens (male) from a snowstorm and although I didn't make a whole lot of money I decided to keep them. The time came for them to be fixed and I just didn't have the money. No problem says st.clair county humane society cause they work with low income families. I love my two fur babies and thanks to this place I can take care of their medical needs too!!

Very rude, doesn’t call before adding extra services and cost to your total. Told me my cat had fleas which he’s never had and was already given a preventative treatment by a vet before his neuter appointment. They lie and when you call them out about it they get defensive and rude. We have multiple animals in my home and all are treated yearly for fleas, yet somehow only one of them has them? Absolutely not, they add on those charges to get more money. I’d rather spend more at the vet and know what I’m getting. (I saw 15 pets go in, if all of them were charged an extra $5 that’s $75 a day extra, and I’m sure there were more than 15 pets a day) was told by 3-4 different people that they added services that weren’t necessary to their bills to, upwards of $20-30 each.
