Have left the Product Manager for the MicroAir m900 multiple messages with no response. Bought a very expensive mattress and they can't bother to respond to an end user. Utterly unimpressed.

Bought a $25,000 storm series invacare tilt and recline wheelchair and now for four months have not being able to provide me with a front wheel assembly. Would've been better off buying a chair from IKEA.

They sell scooters with a double receiver, both being completely useless, and then cannot supply an attachment to convert to single center receiver. Shows a total lack of thinking. Don't buy invacare!

VERY BAD SERVICE....MY BED BROKE DOWN 4 WEEKS AGO....4 PARTS HAVE FALLEN OFF THIS NEW BED SINCE JANUARY 2020...WHEN REPAIRED BY HME THEY FELL OFF AGAIN....TRYING TO GET A NEW BED IN EXCHANGE...THANK GOODNESS I HAVE MY OLD BED OTHERWISE????DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE INVACARE BED...MATTRESS SLIDES AND TILTS OFF THE EDGE.....REMOTE STOPPED WORKING HAD TO CALL 911///VERY SCARY!!!
