I can't say enough amazing things about Dirsal Homes! They came highly recommended to me by a client of mine when I experienced significant flooding throughout my condo/townhouse in downtown Toronto. I was so overwhelmed with where to start when it came to renovating, until I spoke to Dirsal Homes. I felt so comfortable knowing I could have trusted and reliable contractors handle all of my renovations, that I never had to worry. I was provided very detailed quotes in a timely manner. Every sub-contractor that was hired through Dirsal Homes was nothing but phenomenal from beginning to end. From having to rip up and replace my floors, to having to hire a demo company to come in and remove large glass walls and doors in my office, every step of the way was easy! If I had any questions or concerns, or wanted to bounce ideas off of the team when it came to picking out product or upgrading my floors, they were attentive and very knowledgeable.I am already planning future renovations, and already know I will be using Dirsal Homes. I have already referred them to everyone in my family!

We had Steve, Vince and the crew in to remodel two bathrooms for us. A shower stall in the basement from a previous botched installation by another contractor, and the full bathroom upstairs.Steve was our point of contact. We received a detailed quotation and a payment plan for progress payments.I'm fairly handy, but this was certainly not something I considered doing myself.We've had contractors in before, and most have gone very well, but the downstairs basement was rushed and we were never very happy with it.I kept a close eye on things and could find NOTHING to complain about!As stated, they brought in a plumber to do plumbing, and an electrician to do the electrical work. This was one of our main concerns.Steve was very helpful if he thought we were going down the wrong path, such as maybe this grout colour would work better".They cleaned up every day

Thank you to Vince, Steve and the whole Dirsal crew! We could not be happier with the remodel of our primary bathroom! They took our builder grade, outdated bathroom and turned it into a showstopper! Dirsal was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. The quotes came in timely and fair (and were adhered to). The team is extremely responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of their work is outstanding. One of the best parts of working with them was how enjoyable their entire crew was. Every single person that came to our house was so friendly, nice and just a pleasure to be around. They kept a clean job site which was extremely important as we have a toddler and dog. They were also great with our dog and kid! Dirsal gave us wonderful recommendations for suppliers which we used for all our selections. Overall, highly recommend their services! We are looking forward to working with them again on our next project!

Greg and his Team did excellent work on our bathroom renovation. They were professional, organized, very respectful. Their experience was so apparent. The remodeling proceeded like clockwork as each group completed their work. It has been a week and we are still excited every time we enter our new bathroom. I cannot say enough good things about this contractor and his Team. Most importantly they listened to our requests and provided good advice without being pushy. Dirsal Homes recently completed a full renovation of our master bathroom. They were fully involved in every aspect of the project and exceeded our expectations in every regard. The team from Dirsal is exceedingly professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They made every effort to keep the workspace remarkably clean and minimized any inconvenience for us. The completed washroom is beautiful and we are delighted with the outcome. The level of craftsmanship is second to none and their attention to detail is exemplary. The master bathroom renovation is the second project Dirsal has completed for us and we would not hesitate to use them for any future renovations. The guys from Dirsal homes renovated the top 2 stories of our 1950s 1.5 storey home in Etobicoke in Fall 2021. The job included:- All new engineered hardwood installation and tile in the bathrooms, paint, trim, doors- 2 x bathroom remodels (all new fixtures, tile, paint, etc)- 1 x creation of a new ensuite bathroom upstairs (all new plumbing, framing, electrical etc)--- created a bathroom in what once was a hallway!- New Kitchen- Installation of a fireplace box and gas fireplace- New Window- Removal of load baring wall- Removal of knee walls, ceiling valence, and plaster mouldings in living room/ dining room.- widening of all doorways- New capping of stairway, and new handrail.- scraping popcorn ceiling- installation of all new light fixtures.Working with the team at Dirsal homes was an absolute pleasure. They were timely with all quotes and were always transparent about job completion timelines. They provided us a detailed quote that was true to final cost. When we decided to add more to the project they provided us with updated quotes for the additions. They communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. Their quality of work was fantastic. They kept the job site clean, and ensured they were respectful to our neighbours as it was a multi-month renovation.
