Excellent service starting with Richard the salesman. Had a thorough education on mattresses and sleeping. We were encouraged to try several mattresses and pillows. The delivery date was set up and delivery was perfect. Would definitely recommend Sleep Country!!!

We had an amazing experience with Victor today! We got the mattress of our dreams as well as an adjustable base for a great deal! Financing was easy and interest free. It is getting delivered two days later and they are going to donate our old mattress and box spring to charity for a $30 fee! That's cheaper than the dump and it goes to a great cause. Thanks Victor for letting us take our time testing things and listening to all our concerns and answering all of our questions.

Came in with a budget of $3,000 to spend on a new mattress for me and my wife. Spent 15 min in the showroom. No one said hello. No one acknowledged us. Looked at all the stuff, no one would help. We walked out the doors and ordered online from the USA instead. Poor customer service. My money went to another country where someone can help me faster than someone in person. Also got 30 percent off versus 15 percent off already ridiculously marked up prices in the showroom at Sleep Country. What a joke and I live 5 min from the showroom.

I ordered the two mattress and two platform bed from this location in last month, within two weeks apart. During the order, I was told and I was agree to take the Certified Exchange Model (CEM) of the PLATFORM BED. (FYI, CEM- is the product that was returned from the customer by any reason.) As a result, I cannot returned/exchange the Platform bed afterwards. I was agree on that.(but just on the platform base)I received the first set of mattress and platform base, everything looks good. Happy on that.The second set of order was ordered separately, and it was a fresh set of mattress and platform bed. So, no condition on that, exchange and return works on both of them. However, during the delivery of that there was a thread pulled out from it. So, required to return that.(attached the Pic below)So, went to customer care and discussed the issue with second set. Issue started with bad communication with customer representative. I told her that bought several sets of those and talking about second set of purchase. She said I understood everything but your mattress is not returnable or exchangeable and because of that is CEM (so can't return/exchange) can just offered the $100 gift card for that. I was surprise about that. After long 45-50 min one-sided communication she realized that I was right and found the second receipt on my profile. And see that, that mattress was actually returnable. So she proceeded for exchange and done exchange.So, after that, I confirmed about first mattress and she clarifies that Sleep country (17th street) have send you the used mattress, as a result you won't be able to returned that in future. Which was completely disgusting that they sending to customer used mattress in price of original, specially during this critical time. She verify that this is the serious matter so she needs to escalate the issue to higher level management. I requested her to transfer to her manager and she schedule the call meeting with manager (that took another 45-50 min). But after waiting for 3 days haven't received yet!!!!!So, from my experience they clearly CHEAT to the customers and giving unwanted hard time.Hope they don't do with other customer as well.

Loved my experience at Sleep Country!! Denise was wonderful, because she was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain the different types of adjustable bed frames, mattresses and pillows. She had me lie on the beds until I found the mattress and pillow that worked for me.My husband came to the store about 45 min later than me. I figured he would get rushed information, because she already went through it with me, but he did not. Denise went through all the same stuff with him. She made sure we picked the beds/frames/pillows that were the right fit for us.We went in on Sunday, and it was busy. Denise was working alone, and she handled it perfectly. I could tell she enjoyed her job.

I walked in to buy a bed and I tested out beds while the sales associate helped another customer. 20 minutes later, the associate came to check up on me and felt bad that they made me wait" for service so in compensation they offered $100 off of the bed bought which was already on sale. Score! Delivery was arranged easily and delivered shortly thereafter without incident. To this day

Just purchased a mattress couple days ago...figured I picked it right..but it turned out I didn't.Went back today and was well taken care of by Victor..very polite and super helpful...he told me that he would make right.He took really good care of this.Good job sleep country...thank you ..really tuned good.

The service was amazing and the delivery guys were very helpful. Karan was friendly and awesome. He gave me a good deal. I prefer you guys to go to this sore whenever you want to buy a mattress. Thanks.

Horrific delivery service.From the delivery team not having masks to wear (vulnerable people at home), to leaving delivery garbage in my house, to leaving the gate open when asked 3 times to ensure gate is closed (dog), to customer service telling me in BC we have our freedom and don't have to wear a mask and leaving 4 messages for a supervisor to call and they have not called. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
