Great people! So helpful and professional. I was concerned about asbestos underneath an old carpet that needed replacing. They took care of me right away and explained where asbestos had been used in building materials back in the 70's. They said without adhesive, there was no chance I had a problem. They even checked my sample under a microscope to verify this and didn't even charge me! It was the best customer service ever.

Tom, Nora and team are the most kind, considerate people I have EVER DEALT WITH! They spent time on the phone speaking with me regarding my house and some concerns I had. Tom then came to my home to walk through the house with me explaining what are valid concerns and which perhaps were not as concerning as I thought they might be. Tom took a sample from my house to test for me and when it came back negative he personally called me the next day to put my mind at ease. If you want to support a business with tremendous ethics, care and consideration for their customers this is the company to deal with!!! thank you Tom, Nora and team for your fabulous help!
