Ericka is so awesome, and super professional! This is the best UPS experience I've had, and I ship quite often at a few other locations! It was really busy after I got there (because I was shipping so many things) and she stayed calm, was able to help me as quickly as possible and helped ensure my shipments could go out as quickly as possible (caught the last pickup for the day!)! She managed to help me, while trying to help as many other people as she could. I even saw her handle difficult customers who were seemingly rude for no reason, and she was very patient throughout the whole thing. I'm really glad I stopped by this location! Will be back if I'm in the area! Keep up the great work Ericka! Thank you for your help!!

Save your time and money and do not get your passport pictures done here.Went with my 2 month old baby, was very rushed, no professionalism, no customer service. The lady taking the pictures kept going back and forth between customers and when I finally said something she said I can’t take unlimited pictures. We were trying to get him to open his eyes and she had not even been with us for 5 min. I ended up paying $40 and left pretty disappointed in their service. Definitely do not recommend

pretty disappointed with the service at this location. I came in to take passport photos as I was getting my passport renewed the following day. The lady taking my photo was very quick and did not prompt me in any way for the photo. When she showed me the photo, my head was noticeably tilted. I asked if she could retake the photo due to this. She took another photo - this one turned out better. I was then asked to pay for the photo ($22 with tax). When I got home, I realized that the lady selected the tilted head photo as opposed to the new photo. My passport photo was denied and I was forced to go to a shoppers drug mart nearby to take new photos and pay $28. The passport office accepted the photos I took at Shoppers. Save your time, go somewhere reputable.

This UPS Store (536) is located by Walmart Customer Service, and has the advantage of longer opening hours than other UPS stores in the area.However, the staff seems quite inexperienced and combative, which aligns with the other poor reviews for this store.I had a package that was delivered to UPS Store 536 on March 30, 2022 17:30 (See 1st picture), with a notice to pick up the package by Wednesday, April 6, 2022 or it will be returned to the sender (See 2nd picture).Upon arriving at UPS Store 536 on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at around 18:35, the Store Manager (Ericka) informed me that she didn’t have my package, and began arguing with me that the package was still in-transit and won’t be delivered to UPS Store 536 until Wednesday, April 6, 2022 (Contrary to the attached pictures – and hence my initial comment about the staff being inexperienced and combative).Ericka was unwilling to help, and directed me to call the UPS Customer Service hotline instead.After being on-hold on the phone for about 15 minutes, it turns out that UPS Store 536 had mistakenly released my package to the UPS driver for return to sender just an hour before I had arrived. However, as per the 2nd picture, I should have had until Wednesday, April 6, 2022 to pick up the package.Please read through the consistent theme of the poor reviews for this store, and vote with your money to take your business elsewhere to another UPS store!

I'd give this store 0 out of 5. This is the lowest customer service satisfaction level I have ever experienced with UPS stores. The owner of the store presents himself as TOM" bragging that he is the owner of the store charging at customers with readiness to fight with customers who came to his store at Walmart to give him some business. He was definitely reported to UPS head office and they're looking into his case. He was also reported to Walmart Store and to Amazon customer service. The girl who works there is nice and polite but the store owner is setting the wrong example for Her. He was rude

Asked over the phone how much it costs to PRINT an 8.5 x 11 they tell me 0.16.When I arrive at the location they state that price is for photocopy not printing via computer/directly through printer/email where they charge 2.50. place is a scam avoid, head to the staples a minute away where they charge you 0.16 for 1 paper like an honest business should.

Prompt and professional customer service. Normally I visit for Amazon delivery with pre-printed label, it’s very convenient location just drop off the package and they take care of it in no time! Business hours for the store is also giving ample window for majority of customer. Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store.

Shoutout to ericka for always helping me out with my parcels. Great customer service. My go to place to send documents and parcel abroad.
