Bread was solid as a rock, no greeting or smile. When i said thanks and have a good day the employee had already shut the window. The place is dirty and needs a solid clean up.

Have you ever believed that everyone deserve a second chance? Well, so did I. Placed an order for delivery last Sunday at 2pm with ETA 3pm. Waited until 3:30 before calling in and asking for my order. They had the order and said that delivery person would come in at 4 and then they'd start delivering. Since it was close to 4 I decided to wait. Came 5PM my food was still not delivered. Called in again and after 10 minutes someone picked up the phone and said that my order was supposed to be delivered at 6 (????) but they could send it now". Food came in

okay so honestly this restaurant in particular was really bad... first impressions is that the tables were not cleaned. then after i went ahead and got my soda, turns out there was no ice in the machine and the soda had no fizz, which probably means that the sodas are more than a day old. next i finally had my meal and well the chicken was definitely undercooked. it wasnt bleeding, but it made me sick and nauseous after eating. would not recommend this to anyone.

Terrible Terrible Terrible and very expensive. The chicken was extremely dry, service was rude, the family fry box was almost empty (see picture), and the sandwich was 90% bread with a very small piece of chicken. It cost $50 for what you can see in the pictures (bucket of chicken, fries, 1 sandwich and bread). This KFC is flavorless, with small portions and very rude service! Will never be back.

Probably the worst KFC I have ever gone to. No ice for drinks. Drinks were warm. The kids said it doesn't taste right. You expect that Kentucky taste.. also my kid ordered a poutine and after we got the food the girl at the cash said sorry

I placed a mobile order and went inside the restaurant to pick up my order. I waited over 30 minutes, only to discover later that they forgot to pack several items. Just terrible. Also, during my long wait, I noticed that they do not wear gloves while preparing your food and that their restaurant could use a good clean up.

Long wait for and my food (30min for 4 sandwishes) and my god i should have driven for 30min instead to the next pfk.30min of waiting i was sure that i was being pranked but no they were serious and when i told the cashier he acted like it was normal.And the food bland oily and cold fries HORRIBLE what a HORRIBLE idea i had to go eat at this pfk i won't be making this mistake again.Right off the bat i can name you 5 other locations witch are way faster and the taste is worth your buck.If ever your around and feel like eating fried chicken well hurry up and get an other feeling.
