Our alarm was installed by Lanaudiere Security Systems. The alarm has several features which are tuned to our lifestyle. It gave peace of mind when we were away for some days.

The worst Home Alarm Protection System in the country. My alarm has been going off randomly for almost the entire month of June. I have reported it, spoken to at least a dozen agents, supervisors and people from ADT Security as well as the Customer Service Dept. I had two confirmed appointments for a technician to come to do a battery change and both were cancelled by ADT. The latest is that Security will not be able to send a technician before 8 July because there are none available. Meanwhile, the beeping continues. It cannot be turned off even though I was told to mute it. That worked for a few days, but the beeping started again tonight and when I called the Support number, I was told that nothing can be done because a technician is needed! There are no technicians at night and no appointments available. Clients are just expected to wait. The Company does not seem to realize that clients pay for Service every month and the agents who work the phones seem to think that all the clients are stupid and pay no attention to the problem This is an appalling situation. I am done with ADT and am changing companies. Meanwhile, I still need a technician to come here and take the equipment away., Terrible state of affairs. Do not use ADT. You will certainly be sorry if you do.

Nous sommes de ceux qui ont signé avec ADT et se sont ramassé avec Telus. Nous avions choisi le meilleur forfait incluant la maintenance annuelle. Finalement, Telus n'offre plus ce service. Armez-vous de patience si vous souhaitez parler à un humain au téléphone... en moyenne 45 minutes d'attente pour un département. Si le problème nécessite un transfert à un autre département c'est un autre 45 minutes d'attente.

Très professionnel, super service. Il explique vraiment tout bien en détails, alors je n’ai rien à dire a part que je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon service. Poli et courtois, je le recommande sans hésiter. Service A1!!!
