I would hands down without hesitation recommend this office and company in a heart beat. I say that as both as employee AND a loyal client.I was incredibly thankful and impressed by the service of Allyson McKenzie. Allyson procured insurance for me when I didn't think it possible. She did it quickly and exceeded my expectations and hope. She will be my hero for a long time. Shireen at the Yale rd Chilliwack location is amazing, we will wait for her to be available so we can deal with her. She deals with all of our vehicles and we have a lot of vehicles.

What service ! I had initially contacted Allyson who after a professional but what felt really personal conversation , promised to have one of her team members contact me for the services I required . Within 20 minutes Hannah contacted me and quickly had me insured so I could get on my motorcycle and enjoy the little sunshine that remained today. She then provided me multiple options for my renewal of my every day vehicle, and saved me a decent amount of money. Thank you so much team Hub for the enjoyable experience.

I worked with Shireen at the Chilliwack location. She was so helpful and made the whole insurance process easy to understand and smooth! I usually do my insurance at save on or superstore location, but will be switching to here from now on!!

Following the death of my father, there was a lot of insurance paperwork that needed to be transferred/completed. It was very stressful. He had several vehicles, one which was un registered. Hanna was extremely helpful, explained everything and was able to put us at ease. We are so thankful we decided to go to to Hub on Yale.
