Auto charge accounts. Do not give refunds for cancelled classes on their end. DO NOT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAILS. Much better programs that change their teaching styles to ensure progression with kids, rather than the same curriculum that does not allow for progression.I gave the two stars cause majority of the coaches are very kind and do care for the well being of the kids.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
