We fuel up here twice during our houseboat adventure. The first time was great they were helpful and forgiving of newbie houseboat operators. The second time was much more difficult. The problems began as we were required to hold the boat in position to await an open opportunity to take on fuel. This provided difficult with traffic and a steady current. The attendant gave unhelpful instructions that were beyond my ability to execute.

We received fantastic customer service! We rented an 11 person pontoon boat for a day and the staff was very friendly. They gave us a very detailed map and pointed out some things we should check out during the day.We followed their recommendations and it turned out to be an amazing day!!!The boat was very nice. I would definitely recommend renting from them if you are in the area.

Rented a boat from Rosedale Marina and the experience was excellent. Boat was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, everything ran perfectly and was a great experience. Customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend renting a boat from them.

Very friendly and helpful dock attendants. They have done a great job with the new store too. Pride Marina is first when heading downstream (towards the lock) then Rosedale Marina who offer pump out service to larger vessels.

We are so grateful for the service we received from this marina. They pulled us out of the water promptly, did a quick assessment, pointed us in the right direction for parts, allowed us to stay on board on the hard, promptly attended to the necessary repairs, and had us back on the water the next day. AllThis while tolerating our frustration in the moment of our troubles. Very nice people and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Rosedale Marina has been servicing & storing my boat for 7 years now & they are THE BEST. Save your time and money and avoid Pride Marine (RIP off) & take your business to RM. Juanita is lovely to deal with & all the mechanics are very helpful & courteous.

Big shout out to the crew at Rosedale marina. Helping us out on Sunday night of a long weekend with battery problems. They put us up until we could see a mechanic the next morning. Even under the circumstances we had a great night! Monday was an adventure with the weather conditions but we made it home safe and sound. Special thanks to Brittany and Jim! See you next season.

We were a group of 8 and rented a Pantone boat. it was fun although it didn’t have music player which could have been very helpful for a day on water. unfortunately, we had to leave earlier due to rainy weather but the manager was very nice and kind to us he refund a good amount of our money. I would go there again. please add a washroom at the marina the portables are usually uncomfortable.

Great service and awesome experience on their fishing boat. We ran out of gas right in front of the channel and they totally helped us out in time for closing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a boating experience and own a license.These guys are pure awesome. We had the pleasure of renting a nice boat for the day, with all the bells and whistles. Everything worked great, including the weather. Nice facilities. Love the new look. Smells of fresh wood. Looking forward to it next year!
