They are in a hurry all the time when they work on my tooth, they tried to scam me with the money by charging me more when in other places it was half the price and better professionals, I do not recommend this place to anyone because they will try to scam you

Après un traitement d'ATM réussi, j'ai opté pour un traitement d'orthodontie. Il y a eu une mauvaise manipulation et des dommages durant le traitement. Que des frais supplémentaires et des douleurs. Aucun dédommagement de la part de leur assurance à ce jour. Documentation, attente et contre-vérité.

J’ai eu des traitements d’orthodontie à cette clinique. Non, seulement ces traitements ont relevé de nouveaux problèmes (occlusion) qui n’avaient pas été détectés initialement et qui n’ont jamais été réglés par la suite, mais je n’ai jamais été remboursée, et mes dents sont devenues plus croches qu’avant le traitement lorsqu’ils ont retiré l’appareil. Ils n’ont jamais réaligné mes dents comme elles étaient avant. Aujourd’hui, j’ai honte de mes dents depuis ces traitements (alors que je n’avais jamais eu honte de mes dents avant), je dois payer des traitement pour retrouver minimalement l’alignement que j’avais avant. Je vous le dit : allez ailleurs!

Stay away, the assistants didn't know how to use x-ray!! , the assistant took me unnecessary x-rays, and she had to pass me the panoramic machine twice, because she didn't know which option to use!!, she asked to another assistant, and the second assistant said that the machine was properly configurated, that she could take the radiograph, and it was not!!, the machine turn over my head!! instead of my teeth. She had to ask again to someone else!!! finally she could take the panorama. and between each radiagraph she made a test, so more radiation.Since then i had lot of headaches and i'm taking some exams to see the problem.Besides i made search by internet and i know that when that kind of exams are performed, the patients must use protective thyroid collars, and are not used!!.How is possible that centers like this put in charge persons not well trained to use this equipment. They use this equipment like a photographic camera, as if the radiation is not a danger to the patients.

It’s been 7 years dealing with this professional center,They taking care about their clients, looking for the best options with respect to cost + high quality service.They take responsibility to patients emergency issues,When all clinics were closed during the Covid-19 time, they open the clinic after calling for emergency issue to my son,Thank you for all clinic teams ❤️

Très proffesionnel! J'ai fais plusieurs clinique dentaire a montré et Longueuil et cette clinique ci n'est aucunement comparable a une autre! Ils font des choses que les autres ne font pas, examine la bouche au complet dont la mâchoire ( avec photos+ les radios ), communications entre les professionnels! J'ai cherché également longtemps une place qui pourrait verifier ma mâchoire qui disloque et eux l'ont fait sans même savoir que c'était a regarder! Agréablement surprise et très satisfaite de cet endroit! Je RESTE avec cette clinique! Coup de coeur!
