Wonderwear Modern Diaper Delivery Service

Deliveries arrive promptly. Reasonable prices. Unreliable sizes and spotty communication. Seems they only reply when it suits them and sometimes theyre contradictory. Diapers are pretty good. A significant minority are thin or damaged but they still work. Leaks are common, but that’s just diapers for you. I wouldn’t really recommend wonderwear, but they’re fine and no major regrets.

This service is fantastic. I highly recommend it. The staff were very kind and responsive to questions and requests. I especially appreciated the service in the newborn stage when babies need so many diapers. I also found that it was quite affordable given the cost of disposables. This service was an easy choice that’s good for the environment.

Update: I have since cancelled services with Wonderwear. When I brought up the concern of smell again and that my child developed a pretty bad rash and will no longer use their diapers, they refused to refund us. We were told, that it is an isolated incident and we can use the diapers or not.Changed from 3 star to 1 starPrior review:Currently a customer of Wonderwear. We were very excited to get started with a cloth diaper service, everything seemed good at first, but as time has gone on we have become increasingly disappointed with the service. To the point where we are considering doing cloth diapering ourselves.The diapers smell a lot of the time. When this was brought forward, the response was that they will talk to the team. Diapers still smell. I will say though that the diapers were not stained.As the previous review stated, a lot of the diapers are damaged or thinned. They have provided me with inserts for nighttime but I do have to reserve more plush/newer diapers for naps and nighttime.I will say that Bey has always responded quickly to my emails, even though not much can be done if items are missed (you have to wait for the following week, unless you're able to pick up from their site).I feel overall, if the issue of smell could be resolved, we would be much more satisfied with the service.

Where do I even start. I'll just say not great communication- don't bother trying to phone, more than half the diapers given each week were useless- falling apart, broken snaps, etc, was given different sizes and being told by the driver (who was really the only lovely part of the whole experience) that they didn't have enough to give me all of the size I asked for so they had to do half and half with a bigger size. Plus the diapers leaked constantly. I had to change my twins every hour or less if I didn't want to do a full change. We couldn't even use the diapers at night because the boys would wake up all wet. They said they had nighttime diapers but I never saw anything different in the bag when I asked for them. Plus they're return policy on prepayments is ridiculous- if I'm not satisfied than you should honour the full amount left of the prepaid payment.I would not go with this company unless you want to be disappointed.After reading the response from the company I will say that Bey was pretty good at responding and very pleasant. We did use liners and they still didn't absorb much- plus we weren't given enough for the whole week. There were some diapers that were in good condition but like I said about half were in poor shape and very thin/coming apart. We ended up having to have back up diapers because the load given didn't last us the whole week. I'm attaching photos of an example (and this definitely wasn't the worst of the bunch.)

Starting to believe it’s a scam. They charge weekly, have yet to pick up the first load of dirty diapers from our house, and they never pick up their phone, or reply to our email inquiries.All we got was a one time delivery and we’ve been charged 4 times since. We can’t get a handle of anyone at the company.

The review by Monica is very representative of my experience. The newborn size diapers are in rough shape very often. The company does inventory calls so often, it's shocking that they don't seem to update or rotate said inventory. Once we sized up the diapers were in much better and consistent condition though.But wait, there's more. They advertise as providing weekly home delivery of unlimited diapers". Well I found out that the limit is probably around 100. My baby was consistently going through more than this and it took multiple weeks

We used Wonderwear from newborn to 15 months and while there were small hiccups here and there, we truly loved the service. Yes, some of the diapers are more worn and yes, sometimes baby will leak through, but once you get the hang of it with your child's specific anatomy, its great. (Daycare may need coaching on how to properly cloth diaper, though).We've used disposables overnight since he started sleeping through the night because too often he'd wake up wet, but we still have that issue occasionally with disposables, so it must just be my skinny kid!Overall the deliveries were consistently on time, Bey and the driver were great to deal with, and the diapers did their job while keeping hundreds of disposables out of the landfill.Unlike some other reviewers, I never noticed any smell or staining or anything of the sort with the clean diapers. Once they were delivered a bit wet, like they hadn't been in the dryer long enough, and Bey offered to deliver new ones for us, but instead we just scattered them around the floor for a couple hours to dry. Did the trick. Otherwise, they were always pristine.The biggest bonus for us was no diaper rash. The only diaper rashes he's had, now at 15 months old, is from holidays when we'd be away from home and exclusively use disposables. Yay cloth diapers!We'll miss his big, cloth-diapered bum now that we're done with the service. I would (and have) recommend to my friends!

Wonderwear is such a great service! I love the fact that it is a sustainable option without the work of cleaning cloth diapers myself. The customer service at this company is amazing. Bey is quick to respond to emails and very accommodating when we need to change sizes or have any questions. I’m so happy with this service & recommend it to all of my friends!

Very happy with our service. There were occasional errors, but they were fixed quickly and to my satisfaction with just an email! I found them very responsive and helpful, and the diapers were easy to put on for anyone. We had to use a disposable at night, but during the day we rarely had leaks or soak throughs, I was very impressed. I think the best thing I can say is that we're planning on using them again if we have another child.

We love Wonderwear! We always wanted to use cloth diapers but we didn't want to deal with the mess it came with. This cloth diaper service picks up all the dirty diapers and supplies us with fresh clean ones ever week.They are very strong and durable and have never given my child diaper rash.Their customer service is excellent and quick! We highly recommend using this diaper service as its Canadian and environmentally friendly!!
