Jamie was incredibly helpful helping me pick tile for my garage. Tile works has great selection of tile available. Jamie went over and above to help set me up with everything I needed to do the job and walked me through how to put up the tile. He was really fair with the price as well. Any flooring or tile I need in the future this will be the only place I go. Customer service was some of the best I have experienced in a long time. Thank-you to Jamie for all your help.

If you want the cheapest tile or flooring and you don't care what it looks like, don't go here. If you want quality products that look amazing, these guys really know their stuff. I haven't found better service in their line of work in all of Southern Alberta.

Tile works is such a great place to go for all your tile needs. They have great prices and even better service. We are never afraid to send clients there for a tile consult/selection. They will find the right product for your project. Highly recommend this local company.

Flooring job was great, however I would not recommend this company to install a shower, many tiles were not flush at all and I just kept getting told that I had a bend in my wall. Even though they came back to address my concerns, it still was not professional. Some tiles were either still left untouched or still looked poor, just in different spots.Instead of really fixing the mistakes, I got refunded a portion but still was not happy with the workmanship and pride they took with their work that everyone talks about. With crooked walls, comes poor seals as well. Making sure walls from the ground up are level is kind of important.

I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience with Tileworks. I was forced into a reno of my bathroom due to some mold issues so I was not really keen about the project. They suggested some great options and offered tons of tips on how to install. So helpful. Thank you!

We had a backsplash installed in our kitchen. They were super friendly and helpful. The installation and finished look was just what we had envisioned. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We first shopped at Tileworks when we were doing a kitchen backsplash and Jamie was so helpful we went back when we were doing a total bathroom reno. They were great helping us choose floor and wall tiles, shower floor, and even planning the layout! They have a lot of experience and knowledge and this was our first rodeo so we were grateful for the help. Tileworks coordinated the contractors for the installation which saved us a lot of headaches. Everyone was so professional and did a fantastic job from demo to floor-to-ceiling tile. The attention to detail was amazing! We have confidence that our bathroom is securely waterproofed and we won't experience any leaks. Plus it looks beautiful!
