Great place to shop for your furrrr friends .Amazing selection of food toys for cats.

Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly! Went there last Thursday and the gentleman working helped us pick out a cat tree for our knew kitten and of course some toys. Came back on Saturday and the owner helped me pick out some food for our kitty which he loves! Will definitely be coming back! Store also has an awesome policy, if your pet doesn’t like what you buy you can exchange it! Love this place

We have been getting our dogs food here for years. The staff are fantastic and always are friendly when you enter and offer to help you find what you are looking for. We buy the biggest bag of food so they help me not only carry it to the till but out to my car as well. They are knowledgeable when you ask them their opinion on food and treats and I appreciate their help. Definitely recommend

Ken is the manager and he is nothing but a true gentleman who takes care of the NW community of Calgary. Every month he orders me raw for my dogs and always orders an extra box just in case. Today I came in recovering from my cold and he offered to do free deliveries for anyone in need. He proceeded to tell us all about how he delivers to the elderly in our community who can’t leave but need supplies for their dogs. He certainly is not expected to do such things but he even carries out the heavy dog food for me though I’m able bodied. Imagine how he treats the elderly! What exceptional customer service. He always greets you with a smile and your name! This is truly the best Pet Planet in all of Calgary! 5/5 stars. The other staff are great too but Ken definitely brings a charm to this pet supply store that I’ve never encountered before in any other. Even if I move communities in the future I would consider making the trip just to support Ken and his business. Go Pet Planet!

Ken the owner is just fantastic, he really cares about his customers and even knows his regulars by name and their pets. Store is always well stocked and clean. I love supporting a local business in the Calgary community.

Met the new owner a few times and a few of his staff. That's our go to store to pick up raw food for our picky donkey (French Bulldog). Always courteous and helpful. Loving the update to the store too! Oh and Tony loves getting all the extra attention from the staff there too. :)

This is one of my favourite places to stop on my way through Calgary to get my dog her favourite food and treats!! They have an amazing selection for anything you need and the amazing staff has even offered to order things in for us! The store is always super clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful!!! I recommend this store to all my fur-parent friends and anyone else needing anything for their fur babies :)

Ken is awesome, very friendly (and pet friendly too) knowledgeable about the products in the store. He will always point you in the right direction to get what is best for you and what is most important for your cat or dog. The personal touch he provides is fantastic he always helps my wife with carrying big bags of food to the vehicle.

Pet Planet Creekside is great! Ken and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The store is clean and well laid out for browsing. There is an excellent selection of food, treats (!), toys and accessories all reasonably priced. The people here are always willing to go to the extra effort to make sure you find what you need. Pets are welcome here also!I don’t go anywhere else for pet food and supplies; you found the right place!
