Pembina Pet Grooming

Called for pet grooming services as according to Google, it is listed as pet grooming. The woman who answered the phone so kindly" cut me off to say they don't do pet grooming and haven't in over a year then hung up on me. Remove it as a pet grooming service if you don't want people to inquire about it. Extremely rude."

Overall...I'm not very impressed. I am very thankful for dealing with the heavy matts of hair my cat had but am confused as to why this subdivision of the Pembina Veterinary Hospital is even warranted when there's only one person running it that, due to doing her job, is unable to answer calls. Surely this could be a responsibility of the already existing reception.I'm also concerned that if it is indeed only one person running the show here that the animals care during holding is also being neglected. When I got home with my cat after leaving him in your care for 10 hours he was sat at his cat dish drinking for almost 5 minutes straight. I get I'm not one to talk in regards to animal care but surely he should've received something to drink in that time.I bring this up so hopefully a member of the management may see this and maybe lend more assistance to this subdivision of your clinic (that really shouldn't need to be a subdivision, it's needlessly confusing)

Okay so first things first, we have a 4 year old Lhasa apso/ shih tzu dog that was rescued and has trust issues. We tried taking her to grooming spa where we take our other dog to but was unsuccessful to do her cut. We have also tried grooming her ourselves but she nips and fights us and doesn’t hold still.I finally decided I’d have to book her groom with our vet and they explained that they might have to sedate her if need be. Luckily I found Tami’s information and booked an appointment with her.Tami was AMAZING! Not only did she provide our dog with a full groom, cut, bath and trimmed the nails, she did it with zero medication and zero sedation required. We will be taking our dog to see her every time she requires a groom!! Thank you Pembina vet and thank you Tami!!
