Peter and his apprentice had to bring a water and sewer line to my garden suite and connect a bathroom and kitchen under unusual foundation circumstances (no crawl or basement). I was very impressed with all they did and could do and their very friendly and responsive manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our pipes froze in the polar vortex last week (like much of Vernon) - sadly Mr. Rooter couldn't come to our rescue but they were patient and stayed on the phone to chat with me where the pipe could've froze (it was our main water line) and how to thaw. Although they were booked solid for a month, this gesture was appreciated and helped us narrow down the root cause. I'll use them in the future!
