Omar Mustafa is a hilarious and helpful salesperson. We had so much fun buying a car from this dealership because of him. Anyone in the market for a used vehicle should definitely call and ask for him specifically.As for Mike the sales manager, he really helped us to stay within our budget. When we purchased the vehicle, he called us to follow up regularly before the delivery.They have a fantastic team there that gives great service!

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from go auto last week. I think the day I came into go autostore is the most unfortunate day in my life. My car was in a bad accident and my wife was injured too. On top of that my car was a total lost. I came into the store with all that stress and all I explained to the sale person was I need a reliable car. He showed me rogue, the car was from ON and I noticed quite a bit of rust under. He said it’s fine all our cars are inspected and he showed me the inspection report. So I thought the car is good. I started driving and after two days I heard rattling sound from the bottom. When I checked the muffler pipe fell of because of the rust. Since it’s a weekend I showed the car to a local mechanic I know , he tied the pipe for temporarily. I called go auto on Monday and the receptionist told come see the service manager,he will fix it. When I came I explained my situation, he said as soon as you walk out of the glass door they are not liable for anything. He was yelling at me, swearing at me. He was insulting me and making fun of me. I had taken cars before from many dealers, no one treated me like this. I don’t know they have any importance in how their costumers feel after the purchase. I am going to fix issue by taking it into a mechanic. I will never come to any go auto in the future. If you want peace of mind avoid go auto, buy from good dealers who care about you after the purchase too.

We went in looking for a new to us vehicle after looking close to home. Omar was very outgoing and made the looking venture a super positive experience for us. He listened to what we wanted and needed. His team made things easy being we were from out of town. If your looking for a great experience with buying a vehicle this is the place to go!! His customer service is on point, easy to talk to, goes over and beyond! I hate when it is time to buy a car and was just dreading this. I always feel like the salesperson is doing what benefits them and the last couple of times I bought a car it was stressful. However this was so easy and stress free. They even got my registration done so I skipped that line up as well. Do not shop here. Buyer beware. All vehicles signed off by a mechanic even if there are problems. We walked out while attempting to negotiate financing. Go Auto expects customers to sign a bill of sale without knowing the interest rate you qualify for. They said don't worry
