Ann and Nikki are amazing. I had a shirt mix up that wasn’t my fault (descriptions were labelled wrong online so I ordered the wrong shirt by accident) and I was just going to let it go and reorder the correct shirt and Ann went out of her way and called another office to make sure I got the same price I had originally paid (because the price had gone up for me to reorder the shirt) that is such excellent customer service. Nikki also helped and they were both so nice and friendly. I love the clothes at bootlegger but this customer service is why I always come back. Thanks ladies!
