Okanagan Rock World

I have purchased a BBQ, Smoker and Fire table from OK Rockworld within the last year and couldn’t be happier with the quality of all three products. I am always very grateful for the market knowledge and service received to help reassure my buying decisions. The new management has been great to deal with and I will be coming back for some new stone soon in the near future hopefully!

Order some veneer from here that matched our house. Seemed a bit pricey, however it was a small order. We paid extra for expedited shipping for pick up the stone arrived 4 days late. Went in to pay and they seemed very disorganized with paper work and took a while to find our order. Waited a long time to get our order loaded.

Pleasure dealing with the Davis and his knowledgeable staff. Walked me through the whole process and gave me many options. Delivery as promised and product was top notch. Highly recommend.

Heard of them through some friends. Spoke with Crystal who was very helpful and efficient at finding us a wood fire insert. She gave me a great price and had the insert delivered and installed within 3 days of order in their busiest season. Very happy with the product and service. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Tom was not insulting, sexist and totally unprofessional. Having bought pavers and retaining blocks previously I decided to go to Rock World for easy app manufactured stone pieces. Unfortunately my installer found that he had to leave gaps in order to maintain level lines... as every piece was uneven.Tom was rude, he lied, and refused to return defective product to the manufacturer.Would not recommend Rock World to anyone.

Have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with Okanagan Rock World and the owners are great people!

I would shop around for another company.We bought a floor model that was decently priced from rockworld and the unit works well. BUT prior to our purchase, Tom, the owner came over for a site visit to ensure we were buying the correct direct vent fireplace for our space and he advised the floor model was a great choice, so we moved forward with the project. At that time we advised Tom we would require they build us a mantle after the fireplace was installed and said that would not be a problem.Finally, after weeks of waiting, their grumpy gas fitter came out to install our new fireplace (March 2020). During the installation Patrick (the gas fitter) broke the venting pipe (which is an additional cost by the way) and he just taped it up and said it will be hidden once the mantle is completed. It is now November and rockworld hasn't replied to any of our emails regarding finishing the mantle.Save yourself the headache and use another company that will be true to their word and finish the job they start.

Poor customer serviceWas in the showroom and heard the owners dealing with a customer in a very poor manor. Double check their returns, sounds like a shady deal the owners have going on.

Amazing people!! Happy, friendly, eager to help, and prices are great too!! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!
