This tea shop is terrific. I buy vanilla tea every two months and it is always delicious and never a disappointment. It is so great to have a selection of teas in my hometown.

Such an amazing experience! We sat down and were not expecting all of the amazing baked goods, we thought the tea would be the star! The warm scones, fresh jam, and pastries were absolutely amazing. Great selection of teas, something for everyone. Will be returning for sure! Storefront and bathroom were really clean and staff was super friendly and helpful!

This past weekend I attended the Scottish festival in Fergus and had the best tea in tent tea provided by Bentley Tea. The pear cream tea is amazing. The favour was lovely and I bought some to make at home. I can’t wait to check out this gem the next time I am in Fergus. Support local. You never know what you might find :)

Yesterday I had tea with some friends here and it was AMAZING! The variety and quality of teas is like no other. The treats paired nicely with the teas, the cups and saucers were so cute, and all tables were accompanied with timers so the tea can be perfectly steeped. The service offered by the fine ladies who work there was incredible, and their breadth of knowledge of all the teas was astounding. Thank you Ambiance Gourmandes!

Lovely little spot to pick up some loose-leaf tea, or a baked treat. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is good. Renos underway to welcome patrons back inside for tea in the next week or so. Online ordering is also available. Easy to use, and fast shipping. Gluten free goodies are available for teatime if you call ahead and request. Excited to come back and visit!

This is the first time I have been to this place and I will definitely go again . . . I went with my friends there and we had a nice time . . They have a great collection of teas! It took me at least 15 minutes to decide on the tea . . I had lavender tea, which had a subtle aroma of lavender mixed with freshness of tea and a mild orange flavour. Their scones, sandwiches and salads are really good too. We had high tea there, which was more filling than a lunch. One of us had egg intolerance which we forgot to mention to the cashier there. After realizing this, they quickly prepared a whole bunch of snacks without egg or chicken. Overall, it's a great experience!

This is my favourite Tea Shop in Southern Ontario!Been coming here for a score or more years.Christelle and her team are amazing, helpful and fun!The tea selection is great and the quality outstanding.I look forward to every occasion that I get to visit Fergus and this lovely Shop!

This place is amazing.First of there must be at last 100 different teas to choose from or more. Secondly there food is delicious. My friend and i have only ever gone there for afternoon tea but the food is sooo good and you get a decent amount of food. An the scones they serve you....mmmmm

Treated like royalty. So many flavours! I love the hourglass timer, too :) Quite impressed.
