found shoes that were on display. the same shelf had a red sale sign on it. The shoes didn't ring up on sale even after asking if they were on sale. isn't that double ticketing or false advertising? service person out of site until one came out from the back. I asked for shoe in size and received it to try on quickly. had to flag them down from across the floor for more help.

Employees were very helpful helping me find my shoe size. One pair of shoes needed to be ordered as they didn't have my size, which is common size, and it was a quick process.

Went in yesterday right when they opened so obviously not busy. I needed a pair of slip resistant shoes. I received no help. Terrible customer service
