Fantastic from beginning to end. They are upfront, honest and a truly exceptional company to work with. I've used them for air conditioning, and furnace. I'm looking to upgrade my fireplace next and they will be the only company I call. You are in great hands with Brooms!

I had Brooms out a couple of years back to install a new AC unit and for a repair to the thermostat. Was very pleased with their service and used again recently to replace the water heater. The entire team at Brooms is knowledgeable and professional. I like that this is a family owned business for 40+ years. They do not try to “up sell” instead assist in selecting products at the best value to meet your home’s specific needs.

Despite the name, they really do have a great selection of Fireplaces. Beautifully renovated showroom with a lot of models to choose from.

Communication with Brooms was very easy. Everyone was fast, efficient and professional, but especially technician Scott was excellent. Fantastic Service!

We purchased and Broom's installed a Valor fireplace a few years ago. They have also replaced our furnace always with top notch service. Last week we noticed the fireplace remote not working properly. We went on Saturday unfortunately the showroom was closed but there was a phone number left for inquiries, We called and almost immediately were called back by Fabian the sales manager. we described out problem and he agreed the remote should be replaced. He told us he was on his way to the office and would check stock. Another callback confirmed one in stock . We returned to purchase the remote and Fabian also gave us a tutorial on programming it. I used Broom for my furnace and AC so I contacted them regarding a problem I had with my hot water heater so I contacted Broom to determine if they could help me with the tank. The lady I talked to said she would have to get their owner to phone me. When a gentleman from Broom I told him about my problem and he immediately told I would have to replace the tank. I asked him how much that would cost and he told me it would cost $10,000 I said that was very expensive and he said the prices have really gone up. I have since gone to a store and I say the tank was $790 and I can only assume the labour wouldn’t be $9,210.

I recently used Brooms to replace an old AC and furnace. Our sales rep Fabian was very easy to deal with and had great communication with us. The installers Craig and Armen were very professional and respected our home. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job installing our new units.Pricing was very fair and happy I chose Brooms.

After 3 days without heat mid-October and an unsatisfying experience with another furnace repair company, I called Broom's late on a Friday afternoon, urgently needing heat for our family home. The receptionist, Chris, was shocked at the lack of service I'd received from the competing company. Chris quickly made arrangements to have service technician Kyle attend first thing Saturday morning and had the necessary replacement parts couriered in short notice. Kyle arrived exactly on time and with all the tools and parts necessary to make the repairs. Kyle was courteous, polite and professional and beyond making the repairs, answered all my questions and explained some basic furnace maintenance that he felt was within my capability. Kyle completed the repair within an hour and took all the packaging and old parts with him when he left. Broom's really came through for us and I would highly recommend them.

We called for a furnace that had quit. The service tech Jamie arrived within 2 hours. Found the problem (blown fuse), where as the previous company quoted us a new circuit board for $1200. He was professional, gave a detailed explanation and practiced all covid precautions. After having previously purchased a gas fireplace with them, I would highly recommend this business .
