They mixed up our oil bill with the neighbor (house split in two), and refused to own it (we got a huge bill), even though I could document our usage and the fact that we had our thermostats turned way down and were using electric heaters (compared to the prev. winter- was also fewer degree days). The neighbor suddenly had a very low oil bill, she was pleased! I explained patiently but they wouldn't listen. I am a P.Eng and do heat loss calculations so the whole thing was appalling. Stay away from Superline fuels if you want to deal with honest, responsible business people.

I had 3 options for heating fuel and decided to go with superline. Everything has been great so far and the guy I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. What pushed me to make this review is how the delivery guy went out of his way to maneuver around my hedges to not damage them during delivery. I saw this via my outdoor camera while watching from work, that was much appreciated.

My wife got a $100.00 coupon on FB. Little mix up on the delivery date, but they came the next day. Heating oil is a commodity, they all have the big truck with long hose. Put a civic number on your house, and the same on your oil tank, if needed. My other oil guy didn't give me jack, why wouldn't I call you again?

Pathetic. Absolutely horrible customer service. They accidentally" filled my girlfriends oil tank this winter. She asked they take the oil out and they told her that wasn't possible. Now she is facing a 350 dollar bill going to collections. When I called to ask about it they said "we would have taken it back""
